I was thinking that there could be a section of the forum dedicated to theme design.
1) The theme design submission threads for the festivals can be pulled from contests and sent here. Since it's discouraged to view the submission threads as contests, I think it would be good to pull them from the contest section which might contribute to that perception.
2) There's lots of threads about themed pets in the general forum that could be in a dedicated section instead. Going through the threads there's several topics that I think would be appropriate for a more specialized section such as -
fest identification threads
1st 6 vis threads
favorite themes
pricing advice
showing off
