I was wandering way only the Nephini can be found in the festival

...what was the question? it was worded weird

nephinis can be found anywhere in the wild; i've seen em particularly in astryl's vale areas

but the themed wild nephini can only be found in its respective festival zone

and the wheel nephini can be only found on the wheel

well nephinis have a chance to appear in the festival zone, either wild or themed
