This thread has found 16/16 of the correct recipes so far! c: Thank you everyone who contributed!
Also, rest assured that if you get the recipe wrong, the chef will NOT spend your ingredients, and you can keep going by trial and error til you make a pet. c:
Once some pets have been made and recipes have been found, I shall compile them here. ^^

Where do you find ingredients?
-From defeating bandit elves, named bosses, or presents in the festival zone.
Where do you find spice extractors?

How do you get spices for pets?
-By using them as a trap against a certain species of pet (at least rare, blue stars, and you can also catch epic, purple stars, or legendary, orange stars). Weakening the pet may help, but I heard rumors that they can possibly flee.
Where do you get baking utensils?
-From the Festival Shop for 25 Frost Tokens.

Okay, well, I was going through all of the ingredients versus the sylesties.... and these are my best guesses as to what goes in what:
First, the ones I'm pretty sure of:
blueberries, oats, griffi
cherries, cream cheese, faelora
ground spices, gumdrops, nephini
white chocolate, candy canes, bulbori
red food colouring, velvet icing, nytekrie
bananas, vanilla wafers, aurleon
ice cream, mint leaves, zolnixi
whipped cream, chocolate shavings, vulnyx
The rest.... not so sure of lol:
chopped nuts, jam, morkko?
sprinkles, holiday frosting, luffox?
dried berries, flammable sauce, draeyl?
dried fruit, raisins, qitari?
orange slices, coconut, lunemara?
pecans, pie crust, lupora?
cup of sugar, peanuts, kelpari?
powdered sugar, chocolate bar, sylvorpa?

I did successfully make a bulbori with candy canes and white chocolate ovo

I noticed you got a Bakery pet, and I was wondering if you baked it, if you would share the recipe with the community? o: /unless you got it from a festival basket aha
