The estimates I heard are 5K for nurturing, 300 (this isn't so much an estimate, as that is when it filled up for me as well) for releasing and *OMG I won't be able to battle enough* for battles... (I haven't heard a numerical estimate, just things like a lot, or what Krin said on the other pages...)
