Age: Im not comfortable with sharing my age, but I will let you all know that Im a teenager. My age that I registered with isnt my actual age. Its a bit of a story. My cousin wanted me to play this game but I was reluctant to use my real email address. Her compromise was to use a fake age and one of her older email addresses to sign me up. When I turned 13 I started using my real email address, and the account no longer gets checked in on by her (Shed log in from her computer and feed my pets whenever I forgot, which was quite often).
Pets: A dog named Stillwater and a kitten named Haiku. Theyre both adorable little fluffers. PM me for pictures if you need some joy!
Hobbies: Unicycle (Im a level 4!), reading, writing awful stories, stiltwalking, sometimes art (but never good art), whittling (and giving myself cuts by accident), collecting feminist posters (Im a raging feminist), listening to music.
Favorite Books: School for Good and Evil, The Enchanted Forest Chronicles, anything by Tamora Pierce, anything by Gail Carriger, fantasy stuff.

I look a lot like my avi but I have glasses and I dont wear dresses or skirts because theyre uncomfortable and pointless. But as long as theyre not on me I dont care.
I enjoy LARPing and make my own costumes and weapons.

Im about to explain how incredibly sexist and misogynistic the following profile pass-around is.
So. The whole thing is basically saying that there is a difference between normal girls and tomboys, and that its somehow bad to be a normal girl. This is straight-up sexist. Oh, sure, its saying that girls dont just like shopping and high heels and makeup. Thats fine. But the fact that it implies that this is bad is the sexist part. Its hidden, but these types of comparisons have whats called internalized misogyny. This is when something looks feminist or cool but its actually designed to pit women against each other.
Im not saying that women cant compete. But men should never, ever, ever, be the ones who are trying to make us compete. This is a way of silencing us and keeping us from supporting each other. Women who support each other climb higher. If were too busy comparing ourselves to other girls, well never get anywhere and the patriarchy will remain in place.
Theres nothing wrong with liking makeup and shopping. Theres nothing wrong with liking frogs and fishing. The best part is that you can like all of these things or none of these things or a mix of them or other things entirely. Go out there, be yourself, and help smash the patriarchy. Dont put other girls down because it sounds cool.

Even though I was too chicken to defeat the bosses anyway. But you did put up with my dramatic behaviour!
