"Yeah." Amethyst said. She smiled happily and was a bit stunned by his beauty. She can't believe that she had fallen in love but she didn't care. Her mind reeling and she tried to clear her mind.

Meara~female~Kelpari
This caused her to panic. "WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!" She yelled bumping the stallion with her chest. "Get away from him before you hurt him!" She demanded before rushing over to her patient whom was now dragging himself to his feet. The way he moved told he was a strong stallion clearly able of caring for himself. She couldn't help but let her jaw drop at his beauty. Speechless her fins fell to her sides as she lost her concentration. Oh how she looked like a filly.

Cain-male-Kelpari
His strength had returned! He felt able to move again, to run, swim, fly all again! How great it felt. "Thank ya lad, ya don't know how much better this feels to be of ta ground." He said turning a circle about himself. He felt alive again!

Amethyst smiled happily and followed him. She was always happy with him and she hoped it never changed. She closed her eyes and she swam beside him.

Mermydon, It was a bitter sweet victory to recover the other stallion from his wounds. Meara's smaller frame wasn't as hard a hit as she thought. A simple push from his own tail forced her back a short ways to remind her of her place. The healing was a school effort which he would not soon forget, although now the school needed to split for the safety of them all. "I hope to see the two of you, tomorrow at sunrise where we left Dhuka!" He called after Raka and Amethyst. He hoped beyond all hope that Raka really was telling the truth and that tomorrow they could start seeking out Hallenjax as a school. His ears swiveled tward the departing pair to listen for a response, but he had to attend to other matters rather than keep staring as they diminished into the distance. "You can let go of the kelp now." He said to Kanakwella and Akega, then added the others to the conversation by telling them. Go ahead, eat your fill and be satisfied." He swam over to Kanakwella and approached intimately close to her in full view of Akega. Her petite filly frame seemed so small when next to him or her brother. He spoke to her gently, but in a normal voice that the others could hear. "Don't misunderstand my intentions princess. I was looking forward to having you at my side for another night that we could start to kindle our relationship better. Accompany me to the island, but after, go with Akega to find a safe shelter for the evening. And in the morning, if all is well, we will make our way up the cascades in search of Hallenjax. Hopefully there, we can all find answers." The stranger's recovery and subsequent reply to Mermydon staved his disappointment for the moment. He looked the stranger in the eye with a warm smile. "Think nothing of it friend. Though I'm sure finding out who you are, where you come from and why you are here would be an exceptional way to thank us in kind." He said, then he noticed Meara's appearance of being taken with the stranger. "There is at least two of us that really would like to know. And seeing as we have need to get off the shore, would you mind sharing your story as we swim towards that large island in the middle of the lake?" He said to the stranger with some authority. Also, as an act of hospitality, reminded Meara for Cain's benefit. "If you have a mind to rest after, I can guide you to a safe nest away from any prying merfolk or water sprites."" Meara, Quickly turning to his trusted right hoof mare, he requested of the green sea unicorn as they started making their way. "Aleria, would you mind keeping an eye out for Yal and Uryi. I'm certain they can't be too far. If you see them, let them know to meet us at the island before the full rise of the moon? I promised to guide them to the nest as well." While still fairly close to mainland, Mermydon projected his thoughts hoping that Sagetri, Grim Rose or even Metal would catch his wished that they find a shadow onto the island to meet with them in the near future.

Grim Rose knew she would go with her family to the island but she knew her daughter would be new to adventure. She was skeptical about the purple kelpari who seemed very um... distracted to say the least. She didn't want to even hear what the other kelpari was thinking. She knew love was strange but she never thought it would manifest this way. She was glad that Sagetri couldn't hear their thoughts. She went to investigate hoping to find the island. She found it near the middle of this lake. She made sure that there was some place for them to hide. She knew she appeared as a shadow on the island at the moment. She hoped no one saw her and tried to attack.

Mermydon's ears lay back and his countenance was somewhat bitter. As close as many of them were to his proximity, they couldn't help notice how unpleasant he felt and projected about the decision he had to make for their safety. That and having to be parted once again from his supposed betrothed. The long silence from the new stallion and Meara didn't lighten his mood. Had they been ashore too long and gotten landsick or something? He turned once more to them and decided to ask. "Are you two ready, or are we going to wait for another elemental to cross our path, or worse?"
