Ele. Strangely I havent seen too many people calling me an Eel, despite that it would be a relatively simple typo to make.

2. What languages do you speak?
English is the only thing I am fluent in, but I used to speak Mandarin, and a bit of Malay. A few years ago, my friends brother which was 3 at the time was able to speak better Mandarin than me. Which is a pretty good indication of my Mandarin skills. And my Malay has mostly been reduced to simple phrases and insults, because I was a bad kid back then.

165 cm

4. What was the last thing you ate?
Coffee candy, because I am on the bus at this moment of typing and I am also generally too cheap to buy coffee.

5. What is your favourite thing to drink?
I prefer hot chocolate, but more often I drink coffee. A cup will make me a functioning human every morning!

Nope, none at all. Because I cant be stuffed heh.

7. What was your favourite trip/vacation?
Going to the Southern Island of New Zealand. Overall, it was a very rushed trip, but it was still enjoyable because of the scenery! And the glaciers there was probably the first time I seen ice other than an excursion trip to the Snowy Mountains. It was also the first time I went to other country other than Australia (which I am now living in, doesnt really count), Malaysia (which I am from, doesnt really count) and Singapore (which is right next to Malaysia, doesnt feel like a new country aha).

8. What song can you not stop listening to?
I think I will get sick of everything if I listen to it non-stop for a few days, but currently Archangel- Two Steps from Hell is close. Listening to it gets me as motivated to do work as eating chocolates! Yes, I do have a problem.

Trying to find enough space for 500 regen kelps and also trying not to buy any stables till the Spring fest (but I ended up buying 3 anyway) in case they do become on special. xD

Apparently Chocolate Fudge anything because I adore the Vorp and Kelp. Not that they are related to my love of chocolates

Haha, yes. I have played and migrated through a few sites, but Sylestia is the only one that kept me playing for so long.
So, first off I started off playing in Neopets, like tons of other peeps I bet. xD
Then I moved off to a game called Happy pets on FB, not /really/ a pet site, but does have pets and you can breed them, so kind of counts. Then I moved onto another game called Ovipets that you can play within FB, but it is also a standalone site. I moved off though, because I ended up getting frustrated that the only currency available is the premium currency, and you need premium currency to buy anything, put traits on your pets, generate pets You can earn it, but it was a very boring and soul sucking job of flipping eggs. Kind of like nurturing. ;P

Then I went into Wajas for a while, Felisfire, Lioden, Beastkeeper, Flightrising (muahaha I joined in the first week of release), Aywas then finally ended up in Sylestia.

Out of them all, I still go on Lioden, Felisfire, Beastkeeper, Aywas and Flightrising here and there, but not very often at all. *blames Kali and Myse sucking her into W101*

13. What, in your opinion, is your greatest talent?
I have a few 'talents', including procrastination, but the hand flute wins for being 1) weird, 2) mine goes off tune frequently so the coolness factor probably wear off after a while in RL aha. xD And 3) I look like an idiot if you ignore the fact it makes notes, because my cheeks inflates when I play it. So I dont often tell people I can do this.

This has something to do with my hand flute.
So, a few years ago on New Years Eve, me and one of my parents friends daughter was walking in the Botanical Gardens on one of the many paths, and on the left side there were cliffs. Suddenly we heard a person hand flute a single tone at us, from the top of the cliffs. So I hand fluted a tune, which was the Yoshi Story Song, back at them. There was no response.

I owned you, faceless random kid/adult/person on the other side of the cliff. Heheheh!

Probably nothing... I was such an idiot when young.

The back door of our house has a slightly unstable lock. Once I went outside when I was home alone, and the wind blew the door shut, and it ended up being locked. So I had to wait 2 hours for dad to come home.

I face-planted myself while mountain biking. Luckily no bleeding, but I did get minute spikes from plants stuck on my face till I pulled them out. In my defense I was trying not to use the brakes as much as I could. Not a wise choice. xD

Whilst I was looking under my bed for the sock-monster that had supposedly eaten the socks, my cat started yelling at me. It was about her dinnertime, so I figured she was hungry, but instead of walking to her food bowl, she went to the living room and wiggled herself under the couch. Wondering what she was doing, I followed her and looked under the couch. Behind her, there was a pile of socks.

16. If you could speak to your 13 year old self, what would you say? Stop rubbing liquid glue all over your hands in class and actually work. It'll improve your grade, who knew?

I've locked myself out of the bathroom multiple times... because the lock in on the inside for my bathrooms. I open the door, absentmindedly lock it while it's still open, then close the door. The next day, I have to pick the lock because I lost the key.

19. When was the last time you fell over in public? Well... I was going to watch a local hockey game, and fell on my way up the stairs. I slid down the whole way, then went back up the stairs like nothing happened.

Don't you ever use someone's feelings for you as their weakness. Love is a weakness, and you will experience it yourself. So don't hurt those who love you. Also wash your hair more often.

I haven't done any of those, though when I was a kid, I was locked in a bathroom by another kid. It had a lock on the outside as well as on the inside. I got scared, started crying and banging on the door. My mother heard it and came to save me. Thanks mom.
I, however, still can't understand what scared me so much. Maybe I was too young to figure out that it wouldn't take too much time for someone to find me even if I stood still. I mean, it's a bathroom... People use them quite often. And it wasn't dark in there; and I'm not scared of small spaces. So why panic? A mistery that never will be solved indeed. :D

19. When was the last time you fell over in public?
Don't remember. I don't go out in public much... Maybe in the last winter? I could have tripped on ice or something. Recently I've started riding my bicycle again; guess it's just a matter of time until I fall from it.

My ring fingers bend backwards. A lot. It freaks people out and they ask if my fingers have been broken. They have not. It's just how I was born.

(One is the mother and the other is the daughter, so the mother is bigger than the first) I sent them to a friend and they said my cat (smaller one) evolved (into the larger one.) I took a bus home when I should have gone to the library and ended up having to walk almost 3 miles to get to the library to get home. (Not my finest hour.) I never forgot my keys or my phone again. Never the bathroom, although I did once accidentally lock our cat in the bathroom. Thank goodness for bobby-pins.

19. When was the last time you fell over in public? About two years ago. I was still in Middle School and we were walking to an assembly. I fell over a curb and scraped up my knee pretty bad.

Man...I have two. ;u;

The first was a cruise to the Caribbean I think. I had a lot of freedom (because in the past, I'd have to be tethered to my family for excursions and being on the boat), so I roamed around the ship on my own and made friends in the teen groups that they organize events for. I loved meeting kids my age that were easy going and liked to have some fun that didn't involve drama or anything. We'd get ice cream, meet up to play cards or games (Spoons was my favorite), and play at the arcade. I don't think I'd have fun like that ever again because I'm much older now, but its easily my favorite in terms of experience, and I wouldn't have given it up. I learned that independence really opened a door for me to meet people I actually enjoyed meeting.

The second was my trip to Hawaii. I'm no fan of sightseeing (which I was forced to do), but I did love shopping and hanging out and seeing the sights and eating food aha. Hawaii was the blend of Asian and island culture that still wasn't too far from America, but still made me feel like I was on vacation. I want to go back there again.

There was this April Fools trailer of a game sequel from a I played awhile back, called Tower of Heaven, and the song was a cover/remix of the iconic song from the first game aha.
I think I can't stop listening to it because it's a catchy remix of a nostalgic song to me.

I don't react badly when I get into fights, my reputation among my peers decreases, or if I get really bad grades on things. I kinda just keep truckin'. I think it's a bad thing, that I'm desensitized from bad consequences, but I kinda...accept things willingly aha.

A pharmacist. Anything in pre-med, really. (I had that mindset up until December 2015...how long ago that was!)

So my dad is a doctor, and my mom is a nurse.

When I was sick, throat itchy and coughs everywhere and nose stuffed, my mom told me to take this liquid medicine to get better. But it tasted absolutely horrible and made me want to gag!
So I asked my dad about a yummier medicine. And dad said, "You don't have to take it."

I said, "But daddy! Mom said I have to take it!"

Dad said, "I'm a doctor, and you don't have to take it to get better, just let it pass."

"But Mommy's a nurse! She told me to take it!"

"But Daddy's a doctor!"

In the end, I believed my mom over my dad, and put up with the medicine lol. But dad likes that story.

"You're going into COMPUTERS, not medicine! CODING AND CSS, LEARN IT! PLEASE! ALL THOSE THINGS YOU SAW IN NEOPETS, YOU CAN MAKE REAL, AND IT GIVES YOU REAL CAREER SKILLS!"

I'm finding out halfway through university that I should've followed my gut in learning how to make all those pretty Neopets profiles. It was truly what I wanted to do. I kinda regret not doing that instead of doing everything else I ever did aha. (Of course, I'd also tell my 13 year old self about other things...like getting an AA degree in high school...)

I never moved from the house that I grew up in all my life. Yay for a family that wanted to settle down!
Instead, I moved to on-campus dorming for several semesters, up to 5 semesters in a row! (fall, spring, moved to another dorm for summer, then back to my old dorm for another fall and spring)

Ah man, I had my bag locked in my boss's office and I didn't notice until late in the night (when my boss left hours before). Thankfully, my friend let me stay over at his place. I found it pretty normal, except for the fact that he "fights" in his sleep. Our circle of friends have a running joke about how our friend, who's super into the Marines, battles in his sleep. I didn't have the guts to push him over to his side of the bed when he rolled into my side, so I just scrunched up on my side and waited for exhaustion to knock me out lol.

I don't want to remember the last time I fell over in public aha! I can't really remember anyways.
I think I was walking into a post office and I almost tripped over a partly rolled-up carpet that was at the door. I wasn't looking down, but I managed to not completely fall over.

Uhh...within the last spring semester, I've went to 6 hack-a-thons! Hack-a-thons have you team up (or not) with others to program something from 24-36 hours straight and pitch it to judges. I've learned a lot about what I want to do with my life from them, and I won a few (but I owe it to my teams for doing some of the winning work). I hope to go to more in the future!

Generally speaking, I don't really mind what people call me. I'm quite happy to be called Gold, or Shinx (my fav pokemon :3), but my name is actually Cassie. I respond to any/all of them.

I'm like....... 5'0? Maybe slightly taller. I'm somewhere between 152 and 155cm tall. Basically, I'm tiny.

THIS IS HARD. On a day to day basis, I like to drink English Breakfast tea, but I only drink tea at home since it's a ripoff to get at a cafe. If I'm out and about, I like a hot chocolate when it's cold, and a chocolate milkshake when it's warm. ^^;;

6. Do you wear any jewellery?

Yes! I'm always wearing my earrings (three piercings in each earlobe and one in the cartilage of my left ear), as well as my belly button bar and nose stud. I'm also always wearing my silver Tiffany heart necklace - it was a gift from my mother when she went to America. Sometimes I wear rings, but not as often. Usually what happens is I wear one for a few days and then take it off one night and forget to put it back on in the morning. ^^;;

7. What was your favourite trip/vacation?

This is a tough one! I really enjoyed all three of my trips overseas, and all of them were special for different reasons. Having said that, I think that my favourite was the one with my best friend to New Zealand, largely because it was the trip where I really had the most freedom. I went into a lot of detail about everywhere we went but then I decided that was probably a bit much... ^^;; suffice to say, New Zealand is gorgeous and I recommend going if you can!

Like, currently or in general? I don't have a particular song I'm listening to non-stop at the moment, but I can listen to Beat in Angel on repeat for a really... really... really long time........

Hmmm, well, I'm relatively new... so I don't... really know many people very well... I really love seeing all the Vibrant Vorpas! people around though, they were very welcoming. But probably I think NightbaneWolf deserves a shoutout for being so lovely and giving and I don't really go on the chatroom a lot, mainly because I forget, but I don't think I'll ever forget their sweetness and I just really love the vorpas okay...

I'm a veeery casual Neopets player. I played Felisfire at one point too - I have a pretty low user number there (#392). A bit wasted on me since I'm not active, but I don't want to give it up either haha. I have a Digis account as well, but I play that very on/off and we're currently off. Haha...

13. What, in your opinion, is your greatest talent?

Well... I'm a pretty good writer, if I say so myself. ^^; I'd say characterisation in particular is my strong point.

14. When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?

I wanted to be a pilot who wrote books.

15. Share a story/anecdote from your life that will make people laugh

This is my mother's FAVOURITE story to tell about me and my little sister. I don't actually remember it, due to my age at the time.

My sister was born approximately 21 months after me. I, the elder, superior child of probably about two years, was very much NOT impressed with the newest addition to our family. This probably had something to do with the fact that my little sister spent the first three months of her life crying nonstop because she had heartburn.

ANYWAY.

I wander into the room, as a toddler does. My mother is sitting in our bedroom, and I look into my little sister's crib, only to discover she's not there. I, apparently, look up at my mother and say with a gleeful tone and the happiest smile, "Baby all gone!"

My mother lets me live in a little-sister-less world for all of a few seconds before informing me that my, apparently hated, younger sister, is sleeping in my bed.

She still laughs about the very angry frown that I gave her upon learning that.

16. If you could speak to your 13 year old self, what would you say?

Please take your parents up on the offer to move to that private school a year earlier than planned. Your happiness is so much more important than any money your parents will save keeping you in that school that makes you miserable, which is why they made you that offer in the first place. They're worried about you. You don't have to worry about the money. Take care of yourself. Also, that boy you like likes you, so if you really have to be stubborn and stay, you should tell him you'd say yes when he asks you what you would say if he asked you out.

18. Have you ever managed to lock yourself out of your house or lock yourself in a bathroom? Tell us the story

So many times. I have locked myself out SO MANY TIMES.

It mainly happened when I was younger and wasn't used to having to take my keys with me since up until then a parent had always taken me home. One time I decided to go to Borders (oh god, Borders was still open I'm showing my age) and I spent a lovely time there checking out the new books in the Young Adult section and writing down in my notebook the books that looked interesting to check and see if one of the nearby libraries had it, and at this point I'd been out for a bit, and I had no money back then so I just headed home. So I took the bus, and I got home and I dug into the pocket of my bag I would usually keep my keys in and-- no keys.

No one is home. My sister is at a friend's house. Both of my parents' cars are gone. Back then I lived in a constant state of uncontactability, since it was the Age Before Smartphones and I was on a prepaid phone plan, but I either had credit and no phone battery, or phone battery and no phone credit. So I was unable to call anyone to come home and let me in.

While I did, at the time, live within a few blocks of family friend's houses, I was too embarrassed to admit that I had locked myself out of the house and no one was home. Also, they happened to be the two mothers that scared me the most and I didn't really want to go there. So I sat in front of the house and played snake on my phone until my mum came home.

She asked me why I didn't go around the corner to call her from our family friend's phone to let me in when she found me waiting outside the house. I lied and told her I hadn't been there very long.

19. When was the last time you fell over in public?

Does it count if I was in the cheerleading gym and I fell over because I failed to properly come down from my handstand.

...does it count if I accidentally messed up my round off.

Other than occurrences in the cheer gym, it was... prooooobably...back in high school when we were playing soccer. I tripped over the ball.

I don't like chocolate and mint together! I like both separately, but I don't enjoy them as a combination.

6. Do you wear any jewellery? I have a pinky ring that I usually wear but I have dermatitis on my right hand so it doesn't fit right and hurt a little.
7. What was your favourite trip/vacation? None? I'm looking forward to going to Japan as soon as I can though

Although we didn't speak too long ago I pick NightBaneWolf. Honestly she's my fall back for these things bc she is an all round amazing person who cares for everyone.

Um...i can't really remember any but I used to do a quote of the day consisting of random thing I heard. So I'll list some of the ones I remember. There were funny due to their complete randomness or totally ludicrousness.
(The following may offend or distree some people. I apologise and please remember I did not say any of these.)
1. Take a picture of me you'll get herpes (the randoms accross the garden bed)
2. It's like a pedophile's wet dream in here (a hot day on the buss)

There was at least 5 good ones but sadly i can't remember them and my ipod is flat.
