(I'm still concerned, Orca. Yeeted dogman out at a good time, clearly)

Lowell Brichalles
Lowell was frustrated that he was unable to get any further information from the prince, but he was not going to risk his neck if that instrument was actually a real person.
Noticing where he landed and that his coast was still clear, he decided to give a knock on one of the ground floor windows, looking for Gallagher.
He still seemed to be his best option for any information at the moment.. Plus there was the matter of the hunting ceremony to deal with.

Gallagher had coincidentally just been walking by that window, and paused when he saw him. He pondered whether he should actually kill him, but figured he should wait until he heard him out.

"I'm stable this time, don't worry. I need to speak with you on a matter of business however. Best we go inside." He gestured to the window.

He nodded, opening the window and stepping aside to give him room to jump in.

(at Lowell? He might bite a guard tbh, trying to avoid him murdering things publically again ngl. He's hard enough to use when he has to bounce in and out of hiding)

Lowell Brichalles
He climbed inside, stepping aside once he was inside to let Gallagher in behind him as he looked over the bone spike holes he had made in his armor redonning it in his haste.
He sighed and took a seat, crossing a leg over the other.
"How has the Empress been about your return?"

Lowell Brichalles
"Well, we both need the respite, honestly. For better or worse. But I can't seem to get my mind off things with the the Grand Duke. I was up most the night thinking of it.. And up even further doing goddess knows what. I woke up to a dead bandit in my hideaway and blood messages written all over the walls." He took off his now-useless amulet, setting it aside on the table.
"I don't suppose you know anyone capable of fixing a ward, do you?"
