I sighed, this guy was kind of annoying, and somehow he didn't get what I was saying.

I decided to just answer best I could, and try not to suck up to the other students anymore.

"Well if knowing how to skin you and stuff your intestines with pig meat counts as being athletic then maybe I'm a jock" I sneered a little. "And maybe that guy-" I pointed at the boy sitting on the ground "- is in a class of his own because he could surpass most of you in terms of power. Maybe you all separating him is only decreasing how useful his seemingly destructive power could be."

"Stereotypical norms only gives you tunnel vision, maybe you should try asking for a name or favorite color next time you meet someone." I got up, not minding the teacher. I gave the guy a glare before choosing a different seat somewhere else.

mateo roled his eyes, cussed and took note that this onr woulr need to br kept an eye on. Qyes Meinkes power was powerful but overuse could lead to death or worse.....

I grimaced a little. "Of course he fears the creepy crawlies" I wrinkled my nose, bugs were nasty. "I've seen some cockroaches skittering around here." I offered, other than that I hadn't seen many other bugs... except the occasional moth.

Almon grinned. "Perfect, Lorenzo hates cockcroaches." He said with a laugh. "Last time he saw a cockroach he ran so far. Sometimes before I could even fake having a cockroach."

[I'm giving you all a little boost, since it seems that this thread has died just a tad. Forgive me if I describe something wrong, I've been homeschooled since the 4th grade and have not even stepped foot in a high-school my whole life. I'd recommend anyone who hasn't joined yet to jump on in. And yes I'm aware attendance is supposed to be A-Z but I wanted to cue Nyx in somehow so shes not just floating. Technique class is basically just power training I guess, I'm thinking like uh, how to better use them? Or how better to control them?]

Hush fell upon the class as a loud clap echoed through the room. An immaculate lady walked through the door, her bootsteps obnoxiously loud and attention-demanding. She had a stern, long face. Pale skin and greying hair up in a tight bun. Her hazel eyes were sharp and calculating, she was tall and intimidating as she took the place of the previous teacher.

She rested her hands on the podium-like desk and seemed to assess each student one by one.

"I will be your Technique teacher this year, you are to address me as Ma'am or Mrs. Livergreen you understand?" Her voice was haughty and clear, not a rasp or lisp to be found. "Now attendance, Constantine deWinter?"

I grinned a little at... Almon? I thought that was his name. I informed him with a whisper that I'd catch some later tonight hen they were out and about.
