(Erm...kinda. You touch your animal and a light surrounds you. Most times you'll have some kind of temporary side effect like a headache or something, but not always. The voice will then ask you what color your wrist is, and then move on. Changing back will be explained soon.)

"James?" A small cough, like someone clearing their throat, cracked over the speakers. "Color, please? And while we're on this, Harriette is next."

"I'm Harriette, and 14. My brother here is James, and he's 14 as well." Harriette nudged James, who was lost in his thoughts. He nodded, mumbling something just because he didn't want Harriette to annoy him any further in it. Soldier mewed back to the fox. (That sounded weird. Soldier, the dog, meowed since he is now a mountain lion.)

And then the intercom sputtered the thing the kids were learning to fear.
"Oh," James got out of his daze for a few seconds. "Um...It's brown." He didn't like whatever this transformation was. Harriette growled.
"If I have to... Do I have to?" Harriette was keeping a close eye on Bluefire, but they were eyeing each other as if they didn't fully trust the other.

"Yes, you have to," the voice said. Was that a hint of sarcasm Mari heard? Her eyes flew to the girl...Harriette. She was eyeing the tiger distrustfully...why were they here together if they didn't like one another? Marisol hugged Thula again. She was glad that the rhino trusted her, at least. If no one else.

Faith watched, waiting to see what would happen next.
"Amber, come here," she whispered and Amber trotted back to her.
Please don't call me, she thought anxiously.

Harriette / Female / Pink / Interactions: Speaker... Open?

"Fine." Harriette gave her white tiger a questioning look. Bluefire heaved something of a sigh, and marched forward, head high and tail flicking with injured pride. Harriette sighed and watched her bond, but then only held out her hand. She didn't exactly do any move to do as the speaker said or do anything as to back away. Bluefire didn't move towards her either.
It wasn't that the two didn't trust one another. In fact, they were really close. It was just at the moment, both were unsure on how the other would react.

Carmen Davidson / Male / Purple / Interactions: Open

Carmen sat quietly, the lower half of his face hidden in his dark plum colored scarf. He sat nervously with Xander on his shoulder, affectionately nibbling his ear. The bird seemed unaffected by the violent transformation of the cow, and some of the other animals. Carmen trembled slightly as he waited for his turn. He was so nervous. He had to stand before everyone here and his pet was going to change? He hoped it wouldn't be as violent.

He messed with the tails of his scarf as his cockatoo continued to try and eat his ear. "Why?" Xander croaked to him as he listened for the next name the speakers would say. He didn't like the sound of this special bond. It sounded dangerous and unpredictable. He also had no interest in extravagant adventures. He was a quiet person. Let him go lock himself in his room and do quiet things!

Nico Tetraz / Male / Grey / Interactions: Open

There was quite a lot to take in, and it was't how the room was put together. Nico was standing kind of to the back of the room, not eager to draw attention to himself. Not that he would, not having some special animal or anything. He inched forward to get a better look at everything and everyone.

The variety of animals was what got his attention first. A horse, a funny looking cow, even a rhino filled the circular room, each with their special person. He felt sort of embarrassed by being the only one there without a pet, but he didn't let it show. He smiled warmly and waved at those around him, not really speaking yet.

His head snapped upwards towards the speakers when the voice spoke. Special bond with your animals? Well obviously he was here by mistake. He had no animal. He was just the odd one out. He watched the person get called forward and quickly turned his head away when his cow fell over having what looked to be seizures. "Oh no...." he murmured, "the poor guy."

Then the speaker person asked about Cameron's tattoo. Nico looked up to see an elephant in the cow's place. "Whoa...."

He saw that Cameron's tattoo seemed to have changed color, but he was too far away to tell. The other boy declared it in a confident-ish voice the color it had become. Nico looked down at his own wrist. He had a tattoo as well, but he never had known what it meant. Until now. Now he looked at all the pet owners anxiously. Was this a symbol of their special bonds with their animals? This could possibly mean.... he didn't voice his hopes in fear of having them crushed.

Xanthus was late...he didn't really care but he was.He slid into his seat whilst the intros we're still being done.Zanzibar trotted in behind him quickly with his head tucked down knowing that they needed to be quite.He looked in the middle,he couldn't tell who was there and he wasn't interested in the other kids.Zanzibar put his head gently on Xanthus's,they both waited.
