Harriette gasped, pulling back, and looking for a way out. If there was any way out, James was most likely blocking it. She huffed, and turned in her seat. Maybe she shouldn't have come here.

James backed up, tripping on his own feet when Harriette bumped into him, so he went sprawling on the floor, bumping into Faith and Phoenicia and who knows who/what. Soldier growled at him, probably urging him to make a better first impression.
"I'm sorry, not my fault I'm clumsy!" James tried to get back on his feet.

Phoenix yelped and somehow managed to fall off her chair, sending Astra fluttering into the air in a panic. "Watch it!" she grumbled, attempting to get up, but skidding and falling again. Astra made a chirping noise, laughing at her. Phoenix shot her a glare.

"Sorry!" James finally got some purchase on the floor, and offered Phoenicia a hand. "I really didn't mean to bump into you. Harriette knocked into me and then... Sorry." Soldier barked happily, trying to help his friend by jumping up and down in front of him, as if that would somehow help.

Phoenix grabbed his hand and hauled herself up. "It's alright, is that your dog?" Astra flew down to land on her shoulder, her blue-ish feathers glinting.

"Bad dog, very bad dog." Soldier actually looked ashamed as he stepped back and James got up again.

Phoenix smiled and scratched Soldier on the neck. "Meet Astra, my raven who enjoys making fun of me when I fall off chairs." Astra clicked her beak innocently.
