"Everyday Heroes" Challenge
Welcome one and all to another edition of "Entries Thus Far". With in this post, you will find the submissions for this week's challenge that have met all criteria to be considered eligible for placement. These designers have done a remarkable job at producing beautiful pieces that honor our every day heroes. If you don't see your posting here, please by all means check to make sure there are no other ETF postings, then see if you met all requirements. If you have and you still aren't sure what is going on, please contact the staff member/host of the challenge to explain things. It might be it that they will be a part of the next update. Otherwise, the following members above the ETF entries are the members we are awaiting their submissions from and or declaration of opt out.

Fire fighters risk their lives to protect our communities when faced with fires, or sometimes even other terrible situations like earth quakes and water related disasters.
Surgeon
Surgeons work hard for hours at a time to save as many people as they can. They go through so much stress and exhaustion due to how long some surgeries may take, but I appreciate how hard they work to save the life of what may be your family member.

Memorial Day is coming up, and I wanted to honor the people who gave their lives in war defending their country. They are brave and dedicated, and I wanted to honor them, even the ones who didn't die in wars.
~Veterinarians~
Vets are soo amazing! And brave as well. They save animals' lives every day, any type of animal, and also sometimes have to go through the pain of putting some down, which is hard even if they don't know the animal. Thanks vets, also for neutering my Simba love.

This is the final heads up about the mandatory challenge that starts this Sunday evening. Please be a ware of it, as it only happens every six months or so. With this challenge there is no option to opt out unfortunately as participation is an absolute must. Prizes will be well worth it I am sure, and we don't ask this of you all that often.

Hero at work: Hotel staff
Okay so I may be a little biased but hear me out. As a front desk employee I have seen the best and the worst come through those doors and we all have to adapt accordingly. I never saw myself as having a job that would mean that much however I had a grown man collapse in my arms crying because I could tell he was upset even though he was hiding it. I found out that his son was in the hospital and he was exhausted from trying to be strong for him. He said that no one had bothered to ask him how he was feeling through all of it and he told me I was a beautiful human being for caring for others. As an essential worker I never saw myself as a "hero", but this grown man told my manager the next morning to thank me because he "believed he was in the presence of God." I guess it just shows that the least likely people can make a difference.
