Crystal Wings-Aeridini:
Inspired by the crystals found in Cave of Crystals these huge crystals are magnificent. G3 determines the crystal color and M2 determines the wings.
Crystal Orb-Ferriki:
Meant to show a trio of crystals surrounded in the Ferriki tail orb.
Berry Salamander/Cave Salamander Lune
The Berry Cave Salamander is a salamander that only lives in caves. It has been placed on the endangered list but hardly any funding has been received for their survival. The pattern on the lunemara is based on the belly design of the salamander. I think it would best fit in the G2 slot.
Stalactite Collar/Stalactite Necklace-Morrko:
Stalactites are the sharp rocks dangling from the ceilings of caves.
Muddy Spots/Muddy-Nephini
Many caves are muddy due to water still flowing in the bases of the caves. So I thought I would do a muddy Nephini with G1 determining its color. I did see another muddy design, but I did not still the idea as I was working on it before it was posted.
Vulture-Nytekrie
Vultures live in and around caves even going as far as to place many of their nests there.
Glacier Shard Necklace/Arctic Necklace/Frozen Necklace-Ryori
Caves can form from eroded glaciers. While generally smooth, due to water erosion, occasionally sharp shards form on the roof. The necklace is a frozen shard of ice with icicles dripping down from the top
Charcoal-Vulnyx
The ancient pictures of humans, in caves, were primarly made of charcoal and iron. It should look like a powdery fade at the end.
Mountain Lion/Cougar/Puma Zolnixi:Despite common belief, mountain lions, cougars and pumas are all the same species
The design is based on a mountain lion. I think brown would be best at C1, orange G1, and black C3

Heres my idea:
Sorry if these line look kinda messy, I still need lots of practice with digital art.
Another thing that come to mind when I think of caves is goblins. So here's some goblin features for the Zolnixi. I hope I'm not breaking any rules by altering the lineart of the sylesties.
I know it's kind of hard to see, but there is a small lip piercing. Some other little things I added were cat-like pupils and a little added lines on the snout and brows. I also thought it would be fun to throw in a peg leg. ^w^
Water is often found in cave's so I thought a water mane/ fur would be appropriate for the lighiras.

"Ore Veins"
I think this idea would work for several species, but I wanted to get it up here before any one else thought of it! It's a gene made to look like the ore veins in the rocks in the Lost Grove.
"Luminous Algae"
Inspired by the trees in the Lost Grove, if they were underwater plants instead.
Here's the Ore Veins gene on the Ferrikki as well. As I said, the gene could be used on pretty much any species that has room on the body for it! It would work just as well on the Lupora, Luffox, Vulnyx, etc.
I've decided to add my Fairy Dragon set for the Nephini, too.
I'm not sure this is appropriate for this contest or not, but I love the traits, so I'll submit it. If it's not suitable, I'll submit it again at the regular trait contests.
Bird Orchid or Fringed Orchid
Inspired by this flower:
Faelora don't have much in the way of wings, so why not wings based on a flower? Fits the theme of Faes!
