Lavender narrowed her eyes at Eci She wasn't sure what too think.

(Deidriel, could you please not control my character? It was my choice if I followed you or not, because I could have simply dodged around you. I was planning to talk to you anyways, but please take note of that. I don't like it when half of the RP people are controlling my character :l)

Eci licked her paw in a cat like manner, then looked Dobhar in the eyes and lifted an eyebrow.

(OOC: sorry about that, I'm kinda used to RPing with people who take a long time to respond and usually take a little nudge in order to respond with anything more than just one or two sentences.)

~Dobhar~Firepack~Outside Camp~

Dobhar looked at the female, she was really quite pretty and fit too. To be in such good condition during times like these...
"I suppose I should ask you your name first and foremost though, I'm more curious as to what exactly you think you're doing here? Unless you intend to join one of our packs we don't usually tolerate outsiders in our territory."
As he said this he made sure to display his rather formidable fangs which he had inherited from his father. He doubted she would give in to intimidation but it was always good to test the waters in a situation like this.

(Makes sense, but you should first test the person to see if they respond fast or not. I reply pretty fast since I'm on almost 24 / 7)

"To answer your first question, I'm Eci. To answer your second, I'm just a passing by husky, looking for a specific something. I do not intend to join your pack, and I'm sure you can make due with me being here for a few more days before I get back on my trail. If you think I am taking your food, you are wrong. I do not catch prey from your lands, nor the Water Pack's. I have other sources of food, which I am not willing to share." Eci said as she groomed her already sleek and shiny pelt.

Rather than be annoyed Dobhar found himself quite amused by this Eci. "Is that so? Well for a loner you sure made an effort to draw quite some attention to yourself."

Dobhar gave her an amused sort of smile, she had spunk he'd give her that.
"And what if I decide not to allow you to leave hm? I wouldn't normally tell this to an outsider but seeing as it's quite obvious what kind of position we're in... I've been looking for a beta."
He stopped walking and looked directly into her eyes allowing his words to hang in the air for a moment to give her an opportunity to process his offer.

Eci considered this for a moment, then looked back into his eyes. Her eyes looked a shiny brown from a distance, but up close they had flecks of amber and gold, and the base was a luxurious brown. "I suppose I'll have to consider this. How many members does your pack have?" She said, her muscles pelt rippling like water as she moved.

Dobhar was a little surprised at her answer. He hadn't really expected her to even consider his offer, after all most loners were that way for a reason. "My pack has some ten or eleven at the moment though, one we haven't heard from in some time so I suspect he has passed."
Dobhar tried not to dwell to long on the departed, it wasn't healthy though he couldn't help but let out a small sigh for his lost hunter.

Eci considered this for a moment, and then nodded her head "I will join your pack, the "Fire Dogs"." Eci let the words sink in before she yawned and said "So where is your camp?"

Watching from the bushes, Ujur trapped a growl in his throat. He had been following her for months, and now she just leaves with some Alpha that invited her to his pack? He slunk back, silent as a rock.
