Kodi~male~Firepack

The large male was one of the main dogs dragging back the kill, after all he was the biggest and the strongest of the group. He didn't mind though it gave him something to do besides stand and drool. A breed built to kill wolves was a good breed to have around even if he was insanely hairy and drooled when he spoke. It was hard being a large dog in a dying world. Food was harder to come by meaning he ate last after the others to make sure they were well fed. Hopefully this would lessen the tensions. The deer was placed in the middle of the camp along with what else they had managed to find. It was a good hunt, Kodi would say that. Maybe this time he would get to eat.

Juniper~female~Firepack

Visitors! She loved visitors! The corgi looked up from where she was laying in the shade as the rest of the pack returned right after Waterpack arrived. She was rather new to this pack, having escaped her owners one day, though she wasn't the newest. No she had been here nearly two months now! Jumping to her feet the short dog rushed across the camp, her tail wagging happily about as she did. "Hello! Hi! How are you?!" Her words were slurred as she barked the greetings and questions at nearly everyone she saw. This was just so exciting!

~Dobhar~Firepack~Firepack Camp~

Dobhar stopped howling and waited a few moments for the rest of his pack to follow before speaking.
"Welcome Storm of the Waterpack, and a warm welcome to all who you have brought with you tonight."
His voice boomed out over the residual hum of chatter from both packs.
"We have much to discuss tonight but, wise decisions are not often made on an empty stomach. As you can see my hunters have managed to bring down a hefty prize for us tonight. As visiting alpha I shall allow Storm to feast first."
This was customary of course, the pecking order was very strict in any pack. Alpha eats first and has access to the best pieces such as the heart and liver. Next comes the Beta, then the hunters, then the pups unless of course they belong to the alpha in which case they come second, then the omegas take what remains.

At Dobhar's praise of the hunters work Agni puffed out her chest proudly. She wanted them all to know just who was the lead hunter here.

Lavender~ Waterpack~ Beta
Lavender stood next to Storm proudly, she puffed out her white chest. Star stood behind her hesitantly.

Eci watched from a low tree, her piercing brown eyes looking at the buck Fire Pack had caught. Eyeing Alphas of both packs, she yawned and rested her head, letting her tail wag slowly as it hung off the branch.

As he lead storm towards the kill one of Dobhar's ears flicked towards the trees surrounding the camp. It was the shadow, or at least that was what Dobhar decided to call them seeing as whoever it was had been shadowing his pack for days. He doubted anyone else had noticed the presence of the stranger though and, he himself was not all that concerned. Some dogs would end up following the pack for weeks before finally stepping up and joining. Though, he wasn't exactly sure that was what this one was planning. He would have to do somthing about them soon before someone else took notice and decided to deal with the intruder themselves.

"hmm? I'm surprised you know who i am since i only recently became alpha. word must travel fast." storm said, heading twords the food. "thankyou for the food." he said padding forward motioning for his beta to follow.

mist

mist froze when she saw the alpha of water pack. both mist and storm froze in there tracks just for a moment before storm continued forwards and mist scampered away.

Eci felt the eyes of the FirePack Alpha as he spotted her, but she ignored him and groomed her fur. After all, might as well look presentable if you want to have some fun.

mist saw movement off in the trees. she had smelled this dog before when she was out getting bedding for the alphas den. she didn't do anything then and she didn't do anything then and she didn't want to risk a fight now.

With something close to a purr, Eci sunk down the tree and stepped forward to be in full view of all the dogs. She looked carefully at each one.

Well then, he would have to deal with it now. Dobhar approached the newcomer giving them his full attention, it was a female... he couldn't help but admire the way she held herself. And she had the gall to reveal herself now of all times.
"If you would excuse me for a moment." he said to storm, gesturing towards the newcomer.

He walked up to her and maneuvered around her so as to turn her around back towards the trees. Her head came up to his shoulder which wasn't anything surprising seeing as how tall he was due to his half wolf blood.
"Let us speak privately, we don't want a big confrontation here now do we?" to her credit, though she followed him she did not give an inch or show any amount of submission in her stance.
