In the middle of it was an old, rotting, wooden structure, a brown colored dog was calmly laying in the grass next to it.

Although he was curiouse about the second one he clicked the reply first

I am no longer a part of the failed Bridge project, however it seem as you somhow enherited the device of one of my late colleague and work friend. For the sake of the non-humans that remain, please keep the device with you, they may be good liars at times but even those skills wont be enough to save them if what was learned get out.

The room felt surprisingly peacefull now that whatever had happen outside had stopped, asside from the light humm from the air comming from the vent it was rather quiet.

He made a mental note to himself to keep an eye on the vent but it sounded like a good idea to see whatever had gone on outside.

Checking outside you coudnt see any numbers there anymore, what you could see however were the new scratches along the walls. Small pawprints seemed to have been burned into the floor in various places and a strong smell of chimical desinfectant was lingering in the air.
