As you made your way across the long hallway, you could hear another set of footsteps echoing behind you but there was nothing there, just the feeling of being followed closely. The cameras that were instaled to monitor the area seemed to be malfonctioning as well, glitching out and deconecting with a slight mecanical sound above your head.

While you were doing that, you could hear somthing moving within the walls of your room, the noise stopped soon, followed by the unmistakable sound of metal hitting the floor.

I look at the cameras, worried, but I keep on walking. My cane in my left hand, my right hand grabbing the torch inside my pocket.

The footsteps dosn't stop, if anything they seemed to came even closer and closer to you until you felt somthing breath in your neck. It was only then that the sound stopped but you could still feel them inching closer.

At that point I feel like I have to turn around. I breathe in heavily, leaning on my cane, hand on the flashlight, and turn around.

Communication is cool, humans didn't talk too much in the beginning but it turned out the ability to do so was always there, so that makes me wonder if there are others we haven't discovered yet."

You soon notice a grid on the ground, the same exact grid that was originaly closing the opening from the ventilation system and had now fallen, revealing the metalic inside of the now gapping hole who's sides were littered with claw marks the size of your hand. A small camera was pointing directly toward your bed from the metal tube, capturing every moment of your life.
