Now that they were gone the room had went oddly quiet, maby you were just starting to get use to the slight pressure they seemed to exerce or maby it was somthjng else.

Either way it was a bit unsettling

You could felt it move, very slowly the number was creeping toward you. The water however was remaining compleatly still.

This is when you noticed somthing else, there was no noises comming from the vent at all by now.

He decided to screw his sight and focus on the feeling of the number.

For a moment the silence became so thick you could almost feel it and then, as if someone had turn the noise back on the room turn back to normal again, at least, as normal as it could be.

Slightly better.

By focusing on it you could somwhat feel its movements, the way their thin fur was acting as a net that prevented the water to move and give their location away, the way the layer of scales underneth it's skin would move and hold their form as they creeped closer, the fact that their eyes were compleatly fixed onto you.
