One of the young pages walked past Molly as she exited the kitchen. Politely the young boy bowed at her before stoping in the kitchen. What the hell?! Who had made such a mess in the kitchen?! T... the kitchen staff will start working in a few min and there is no way in hell that he can get it cleaned up in time. However atleast the fire was going. Quickly he feed the fire some more firewood before starting to clean up. In a state of panic he moved as qucik as he possibly could but it was all in vain. Moments later the head chef came in and gave him a quick but proper beating for not getting up in time to prep what he was suposed to prepare for the kitchen. Quickly the boy apologiced before continuing with his work. That darn mule to kitchen boss is a nightmare to please. He cant imagine how the hell that old hagg got married, or even still are. The man must be drunk from sunrise to sunset!
He woke up a while later, still in his fathers arms, the room was quiet and warm from the fire that danced in the fireplace. Tired and with the dissy orientation of someone just waking up his blue eyes glanced around. They stoped at the fire that sparked softly every now and then. As someone knocked on the door he looked up only to see one of his fathers officers come in as the king said "enter".
Amsden of the Sapling ~ King ~ 65 ~ Currently in: RG
The old king had sent a servant that had came to feed the fireplace with firewood to go get his work in the workroom. So with a massive pile of paper and parchment he sat in the couch, his son in his lap while working. He may be old and fragile as the chilly autumn air wraps its unforgiving hand around him, but he is stern, stubborn and resentless. As loong as he breaths he is still king and will thus do his duties to the best of his abilities. However due to his old bodie and aching scars he is unable to venture outside the safety of his own castle. He were just about to write a answer to one of his vassals as a knock was heard on the dark oakdoor that was his. "Enter" he answered calmly, putting down the feather in the jar of ink. As he did he noticed his son looking up, realicing the young prince was awake. Looking towards the door he saw oone of his officers on knee before the king and the prince. "What is it?" he asked with a bit unpatient tone in his voice. "I have the report that you asked for your highness." the officer explained before looking up cautiously at the king that nodded. "Werry well, give it to me and then take Cullyn for some training, I belive he should have more than enough energy for it" he said. The man nodded quickly. "Ofcorse your highness." the man answered befor aproaching the king and holding over the carefully sealed envelope, thick with papers that held a report of the nights happenings. With that the man walked out with Cullyn next to him. The man shuckled a bit as the young prince yawned while they walked out to train in the chilly morningair.

Her eyes looked at him before taking her backpack over her shoulder and walked up to him. A short while she looked up at his face in silence. It had ruley been a waste on such a honestly handsom face to leave it with a broken nose. So calmly she raised her hands towards his face. Ten soft and gentle fingers, never working hard and not knowing the struggles of those who have thick, rough hands. Her skin is as soft and gentle as a noblewomans, or a priestess. Due to the fact that she constantly works with herbs her hands were constantly having a sweet, soft and pleasent fragrance to them. Her gentle fingers stroke his cheeks a bit as they found their way to the nose that she corrected. It cracked a bit as she pushed the bones into place. "It shouldnt show much now." she said before slowly lowering her hands. With that said she took out a herb from her backpack and giving him. A strong and rare herb that most that worked in or for the clan knew was almost priceless as it could make almost any pain go numb while still leaving the body and brain compleatly unharmed. "Here, it will take the pain away untill the evening" she said with a kind smile while looking up at him. After he took the herb she let her arms rest at her sides, the left hand, holding a bit over the wound she had in the right arm without knowing it. She ... she was doing good right? She treated him as she should, right? Strict, punnishing if wrongdoing and yet caring about him. That ... that is what she is suposed to do. Is it?

The knight raised an eyebrow while looking at the young lord Aris. "I do sincerly apologice my lord but I know nothing about your brothers current situation. I was not present as the wolves attacked and i just heard about it." he apologiced before looking at the young man. "My lord, Intellecct can be something you are born with, but wisdom to use it wisely and to treat others kindly is only something you gain with age and experience. I do humbly sugest that you do not talk ill about your elders or the gods may look unkindly upon you" he said calmly staring straight at the lord. This brat should be taught a lesson or two but that should be by the head of the clan, not one of its servants.
He walked in not loong after the wounded lord had asked for him. He bowed politely. "You asked for me my lord?" he asked Emont as the young lord was resting on the bed.

Emont
"Yes......... I-I should h-h-have listened t-t-to you.........." Emont said. He grimaced as a shooting pain appeared in his arm. "I was foolish to have taken a wolf into the village and I find it right that I killed him but........ I-I suffered the consequences." Emont tried to relax but failed for when he relaxed his body complained and he had shooting pains in his back. Emont shook his head and he looked around. He then relaxed a bit letting his muscles loosen. But most of the time it was hard.
The knights saw the young lord as they passed by and they couldn't help but wonder what would happen if he died. Most tried to rid themselves of the though but it clinged to them like cobwebs.

Molly~ 25 years old~ RG
The ball of flame narrowly missed her as she had started to stand again, still sore from having fallen on the door. "Molly?!" The man had said after having done so, though his voice was shaking and full of dread. The shield maiden looked up a sour look on her face as she did. He could have killed her! But why? She had intruded on his space, while he was sleeping, he had all the right to attack her yet inside the fact that death had been that close had frightened her severely. Molly knew her face was pale, she could feel the shaking in her limbs that always accompanied the whitening of her cheeks. Pushing herself back up yet again she looked at the man though now it was not the paleness she was worried about but the bright red of her cheek showing through. For someone that didn't seem like they could hold their own he seemed to be quiet the opposition of that. He stood before her now, nearly in the nude with the same blush on his cheek as she had on hers. "Zarune," Molly started trying to keep her voice steady as she did. A warm feeling krept over her, making her already weak knees weaker and her face burn brightly in the soft light. "I came to ask if you would mind looking at the prince. I believe he is falling ill since last you saw him." Voice barely a whisper she looked up at the man a certain sparkle in her eye as she did. He was a strange man, she would give him that. Strange and almost...lovable. Not the kind of lovable that you would call an animal such as the cat that seemed to be watching them from the window sill of the room but rather lovable in the sense that she would be happy waking up each morning to see his face. But that was a stupid school girl type thought. She hardly knew the man, how could she feel that way towards him?! But inside she knew she liked him, he was a good person after all, broken nose or not.
Zarune~ 29 years old~ RG
The woman had asked him a question though his ears seemed deaf to their meaning. Her lips moved with words though they seemed to say nothing, why was that? Something about the prince and him being sick? The man's thoughts were blurred by the heat coming off his cheeks as the woman's gaze fell upon him. It was not ethical to expose ones self to a woman in such a way that he had, the priest at the temple would have his head for this if he was to return to them. No words came to the woman's answer as he could only think of her staring at him. Would it hurt for her to look away for a moment? Possibly it would. "Fallen ill you say?" The man finally answered after a moments work on thinking. Why was it so hard to think, it was only Molly in his presence not the Kings or another high ruler. She was a woman and him a man he should have no trouble speaking with her over a simple matter. "What is it that seems to be the matter?" The prince had used some magic, that much was known though what type not even the priest knew. Zarune thought for what seemed like an eternity before he recalled how tired the boy had been upon using the magic. He was simply trying to regain what he had lost in doing so, or more that's what Zarune hoped he was doing. Only time could tell, the priest was not a doctor nor a herbalist so modern medicine was still a mystery to him.
Arcadius~ 26 years old~ DC
Her hands felt like a kiss of an angle as they touched the roughness of his face. Their fragrance was all he could smell as she gripped the bridge of his nose in order to fix it back. He hardly felt the pain as the feature was put back in its place, his mind was on the woman still. He Gabe's down at her for a moment, eyes sparking with interest. How could she be so blind to see it? Maybe she didn't wish to, or perhaps she was hiding her own interests from him. When offered the herd he took it without question before offering to help her up onto the horse's back. Still he said nothing, what would be the point? She would simply harm him again, and this time it could kill him.

Cullyn of the Sapling ~~ Crown Prince ~~ 5 ~~ Currently in RG
He walked out of his fathers chamber with the officer next to him. The two of them didnt say much to one a other normally so now that it was early morning they said even less. between the man and the young prince the only thing that was heard was the footsteps that almost echoed in he early morning as only servants and patroling guards were up for now. As the odd pair walked passed the barracks the officer simply took two wooden swords from one of the armouries while keeping a close eye on the young boy. After a short walk from the armourie that had been robbed on two wooden swords the officer and the prince arrived to the training area. The training area is a rather large area covered in deep sand to make it soft incase you fall or are thrown down on the ground. Once on the sand he handed the prince the wooden sword that the child took calmly and it naturally fell in its place. After making sure that Cullyn held it right he nodded and slowly the two begun to train. However despite the man standing far beneth the prince in rank he showed no care for it at all as he gently tapped the boy on either the hand, arm, legs, back and so on with the broadside of his own wooden sword. Each time Cullyn was tapped you could clearly see him get more and more frustrated. "Its not fair when you have such techniqs!" the prince suddendly exclaimed in a upset tone, stamping his feet. The officer just shuckled a bit while shaking his head. "Your highness, I am mearly using the foundations that you know, I however dont slack of. I train daily and I make sure to do it all properly." he answered while looking at the prince that glared at him. "Tell me prince, if neither Molly nor anyone else is close by the nexttime someone atempts to take your life, will you simply complain that they are more skilled, or will you train each day to make sure you are the one that is better?" he said looking at the child that went pale while looking down at the sand they stood on.

She couldnt help but snicker a bit as he gulped down the herb. He really is trusting isnt he? She could just as well have been offering him a poison and he just gulps it down? However he have probably seen it so many times that he knows it in his sleep. The herb is after all cultivated in the clans gardens with the utmost of care. As he offerd her help up on the horse she nodded calmly, taking the help with a thankfull smile. Riding in a dress is a nightmare, specially one with so little fabric to spare as this one. As she got up on hte horse it took a bit of time for her to find the balance as she wasnt used to ride sideways, if anything he rides just like a man with one leg on each side of the horse. Heck she cant even recall when she last was riding sidesaddle!

He just looked at the lord as he spoke. He said nothing, but he do agree compleatly to be honest. He is in the lords household, he is a noble who is suposed to protect the land and its people, serving the king and the people without a doubt. Without ever beeing doubted he is suposed to do what is right and just, not what he belives and wish to. Inside the young man was a storm of words that was to scold the young lord that was wounded and in severe danger for his life. So for the moment, he bit his toung, and just watched the man.

Aris
He snorted at the man's words. How could he be so rude to him! He laughed cruelly and then grabbed his mini dagger. "So let's say what happens if my brother dies?" Aris asked spinning the little dagger on his finger tip. Then he tossed the dagger into the air catching it by the hilt. He laughed and paced around his room. Calm he seemed but most knew he was planning something truly evil. And some thought the gods would step in to put an end to this but he knew that most likely wouldn't happen. Then he dropped the dagger which fell sharp end down to the floor. Aris then picked up his dagger and twirled it once more.
"What is my father doing currently?" Aris asked. "Is he visiting with anyone at the moment?" Aris smiled and laughed a little. But he kept himself contained. Then he made himself reserved once more and sat down and waved the head guard away.

Molly~ 25 years old~ RG
"He sleeps when is still light, then wakes when it's dark. The boy eats enough to feed a family and only slows when I ask him if he feels alright. I'm worried for him, what if he dies and I can't help him?" The shield maiden looked away as a tear threatened to fall from her eye. One would think she was speaking of her own child's death not that of the prince, though in a way he was her child. If she lost him now she would be devastated, crushed unable to move on from it. Five years she had spent caring for the boy and making sure he was safe now she couldn't figure out what it was that was making him sick. What if the priest couldn't help? Her eyes must have closed for a moment for she never saw the man make a move towards her. A steady hand broke her thoughts as it was laid upon her shoulder. Molly looked up finding her gaze meet that of the priest, his light brown eyes peering into hers. A small smile spread over his face, in a caring sort of fashion. Maybe it wasn't wrong to like him at least a little.
Zarune~ 29 years old~ RG
"Sounds to me like he simply used too much magic at once, either that or he is growing." The woman seemed to care a lot about this child, he must have been hers why else would she care? No matter, if it was her child then he could adopt it as his own, or at least treat it as his own. The king would not be pleased to find that a priest was calling the prince his own. "During his lessons though I will be sure to follow up on this and see if he is in good health." This made the woman smile as she looked up at him. Sure he was no herbalist but if it was magic then he was the only one that could know that unless the herbalist happened to also be a priest. No matter though he would look after him either way. "I won't let any harm come of the boy least not if its due to magic." The woman giggled quietly before pulling away from his embrace. She would come around though, he could feel it. Zarune shivered some in remembrance that his chest was still bare along with his toes. Lord and he had approached the woman like that! How distasteful! With a single motion he pulled the blanket around himself from where it rested on the bed. It was a welcomed warmth, though his robes would be better. "Now if I may I would like to get dressed. Thank you." With that he pushed her more or less from the room and stared at the broken door that lay upon the ground. With a sigh he picked it up and used a small amount of magic to will the pins holding it to the hinges back in their places. With this accomplish he tossed the blanket to the bed and slid the robes on over his head. "Much better." The man smiled to himself feeling warm not only on the inside but now on the outside as well.
Arcadius~ 26 years old~ DC
The man hesitated before hopping up in the saddle behind her. It was rather uncommon with the two of them in a saddle made for one but if they were to return to the clan in a reasonable time frame then they needed to both be on a horse. In the next town they could buy her another steed. Camel snorted in protest as the weight of the two was placed upon him though with a kick to the flank he soon came to forget the extra weight. Arcadius took the reins in his hands as they began their journey though after a moment he wrapped a hand around the woman's waist to keep her from being jarred as the horse ran. More it was for. His own comfort, everytime she jumped about she numbed into him with and elbow or a shouldr. About the third time he had bit his tongue he had grown tired of the ride.

Cullyn of the Sapling ~~ Crown Prince ~~ 5 ~~ Currently in RG
As the young lord that had saved him a few houers earlier walked past with one of the servants he glanced at the older boy, the officer simply just tripping him. The young prince fell helplessly, landing with the wooden sword under him laying on it with his arm. "Now now, focus your highness" he heard the officer say to him. While glaring up at the man the young prince spit out the sand he had gotten in his mouth. This however only gave him a laugh from the man that looked down at the prince. In what could be called a mix between anger and humuliation the young boy grabbed his wooden sword and dashed up from the sand towards the officer. Calmly the man just stepped to the side, patting the prince on the back. Or tried to anyway. To his surprice the boy managed to dodge and while suporting himself on the hand that didnt have the sword in it he turned quickly and almost dived between the legs of the man, as he got up on the other side he actually managed to get a hit onto the man. As the wooden weapon hit the officer in the hollow of the mans leg the man went down a bit as his leg gave up a bit from the surprice. "T... that was really good your highness" he complimented the child that puffed out his chest just like a rooster infront of its hens. The thought made the man chuckle a bit. "now now my prince, it was one hit, nothing more" he said to take the child down on the ground again. There is no need for the kid to go and get kocky for evey single progress he makes or every praise he gets. That woman, Molly, needs to make sure he gets a bit more grounded and not so ... emotional. It can be really dangerous.

As Arcadius jumped up behind her, sitting in the saddle she couldnt help but glance at him. This feelt really really ... odd. The last time she had been sharing horse with someone was her father as she was taken to the temple as a child. And at that time she had been told that she should only share horse with her future husband if she ever was to do it again. Her poor father! He would most likely try to kill poor Arcadius, and most likely succeding as well. If not the old bodie gave Arcadius a upper hand with the younger body of his. As she realiced his arms was around her she could feel her cheeks turn red anf quickly looked down at her lap. "Eum, maby it would be smoother if i sat behind the saddle, holding onto you?" she asked as she feelt herself accidently stabbing her elbow in him. In all honesty she feelt so mean to him as she was just slowing down the horse and making it uncomfterble for him.

The knight looked at the lord with calm eyes, beeing sure of his standing no matter what he does or says. "Well lets asume that your brother dies then, you would just be one peg up on the ladder. But considering that you are a sidebranch family in the clan you wouldnt have much say even if you were to take your fathers place" he said with a shrugg on his shoulders. To be honest, beeing in a branchfamily is almost as bad as beeing kicked out of the clan. The only good thing about it is that you can use the name atleast. As he was waved out he bowed before letting the lord be on his own.

Emont
He pondered his chance at life and he sighed. Emont knew they were high for that he was happy but death was also to be a problem since his brother's ambition would take over him at any time and he might be faced with kill his own brother. But that he would deal with if that so happened he could not live in the future if it was not yet here. "Go tent to your needs." He said to the knights guarding him. Emont could see the dents and scratches on their armor that the wolves have given them. They were lucky the chain mail had protected them. He looked once more around his room pondering again. What would the villagers do without him? What if he twas to become the lord? Would the king accept him? Yet no answers came to mind. All that came was the obvious abandonment of his thoughts.
"Hunter you should go to." Emont said nodding. "I need time to think alone." Emont tried to smile but only managed to wince in pain. He then gave up trying to smile and just tried to relax. For all he could do was wait and let fate decide. He knew that all he could do was wait and see and he accepted that for most things you had to be patient to find out because you have to have determination to wait and see through your destiny or so Emont was told.

Molly~ 25 years old~ RG
A small smile spread over her lips as she looked back at the priest's door. He was a funny character that Zarune though he was a fine man yet. He had dignity though he seemed not to know it, every move he made seemed to have been prematurely thought out so that it was even new to his mind. Molly sighed and turned away. She had a job she needed to be doing, that was protecting Cullyn. Speaking of the child, where could he be? Seeing that it was the third day in the week he would be in his battle training, which reminded her that she needed to get him in the ring and further his lessons. So much had gone on in the last few weeks though that she had been too busy to think of such. Slowly she made her way to the pit though she was only half there. "Cullyn?" She called. "You best be down here boy." Her tone was harsh, after all he had ran away from he and he needed to know that was not something he needed to do. How many times has he done that? Four times that week? He was getting worse about it as well, harder to find when he did run off. What is something happened to him when he ran off? She would be unable to help him, unable to find him and he would die. The thought made her shutter. No it would not come to that, not if she could help it. As soon as she found the boy they would go train, and train they would do until the boy could not stand to do so anymore. She had to punish him for his behavior and this was one way she could do so.
Zarune~ 29 years old~ RG
With clothes now in place and shoes adorning his feet he made a move to step from the room when a familiar mew stopped him. The priest turned to see the cat from the night before looking at him in such a way that it could only be upset or angered by something. "What?" Zarune smiled. The feline glared at him with its yellow green eyes that stood out on its black and white face. "Is this about what happened with Molly? Now why would such and animal care?" The man smiled putting his hands on his hips and she shifted all his weight to one foot. The cat meowed in a cracking voice as if to answer the question. "I see, you are merely trying to say to me something that you only know in cat. Believable seeing you are indeed a cat. Maybe a bit of bread will change your mind?" Approaching the window slowly the priest laid out a slice of the stale bread along with a chunk of his meal from the nigh before. "There now maybe I can take my leave." With a smile the man exited the room. That cat was a mystery, having just shown up and taken a liking to the man, well as much of a liking as a cat got take upon anything.
Arcadius~ 26 years old~ DC
Again with the elbow, again with the jarring. At moments like this Arcadius wished he could say something along the lines of 'there's no better way to ride than with a pretty girl in your lap' that having more than one meaning that always made the girls blush, or even 'holding onto me? And here I thought you didn't like me.' But he kept his words to himself and merely looked down. "If that is what malady wishes then so be it." He answered in a monotone voice. He hated having to do this! Yet if it meant that she would not hurt him, nor hate him more it was worth it. There was no hope for a normal life in this one, only pain and suffering surrounded by those that pretended to be your friends yet were planing to kill but had not found the right moment to do so yet.

The man looked down at the prince that started to sweat as the heavy sand made the boy struggle to stay on his feet. And not only that but it made it a lot harder to move quickly, wich was Cullyns only way of having a chanse of tapping the man with his wooden sword. So nomatter how much the prince tried, he failed misserbly. With one swift movement the boy was disarmed and pushed to the sand once more. As he got up on his feet the young prince spit out some more sand. "Again" was all he heard from the man so with a sour face and slightly aching back he struggled up on his two small feet. While panting the child leaned a bit on the wooden weapon as the man patiently waited for the prince to get ready. As the boy took his stance and looked up at the man he quickly had to parry an attack. And as the boy tried to sidestep to avoid a second one he tripped on his own feet, falling backwards, hitting his back once more. "Come on now, once more" he said, taping the boy on the chest with the point of the wooden sword.

She looked up at him before nodding a bit. it took a bit of help for her to get behind him on the horse. Once she feelt the warm horse benethe her she looked up at his back. Slowly her arms got around Arcadius, her forehead resting against his back. A moment she closed her eyes just relaxing and as she did she could smell him quiet clearly. He had a strong sent, rather pleasent to be honest. Her hands gently gripped his tunic without her realicing it. So there she sat with her arms around him, her two, soft hands holding his tunic in them as if that would give some extra protection. If she had seen anyone else do it she would have called them silly, childish and unreasonable. Yet now she did it without thinking about it at all. As if it was natural almost.

The hunter bowed at the injured lord before walking out. Okej, where is his wife? Back at her room right? As he got to the room he knocked carefully. "Darling?" he asked only to have the door swung open and his wafe around his neck.
