We'll probably be in the area awhile, as it is one of the culprits is Bildernian and we take attempted assasinations of another throne by Bildernians as a sign of betrayal, one of our most despised crimes." Nanita said, hopping down from the tree. "It would be almost as dishonorable for us to leave when one of our own has turned to the wrong....again..." she muttered the last part disdainfully.

"Not much of a surprise considering the nature of your people." Ziva stated with a bit of poorly constrained bitterness

"Ziva, mind your tongue." Armias pinched the bridge of his nose.
"Please excuse my knight. If you need assistance in finding your brother, I'm very sure we can oblige."

Nanita waved her hand. "I'll be fine. I have ways. They involve magic, of course, but that is the way of our people."



Nicote kept skulling the shadows, as he traveled through the town's streets.

(Idk why but combat seems to scare people off a lot? Idk I love me some good fight scenes.
I have the opposite problem of not being able to follow along a group if the pacing is too slow because there's really only so much you can hold a conversation about.
I refuse to let this die a third time, it's like the only good med fantasy group I've been in in a while. Smh.

So anyways, Nicote is going looking after the dynamic duo, right? I don't think I can move Lowell right now since I don't think Lark's on still yet, so in hiding he stays. If he gets close enough, he could probably hear him though. I don't recommend this, of course. XD)

"As is my own. Please, let me accompany you. I do not wish for anything to happen to you this late at night."

Ziva Elain
"Chivalrous now, aren't you? And here I thought that was my job. Fine.
If you want to tag along with her, go ahead. I'll put Fena back up in the stables and join you shortly, your Highness. Don't wait for me."

Nanita sighed. "Fine." She said, walking off towards the nearest pool of water.


Nicote stopped to rest near a shop, resting in the alley so no one would see him. He stayed hidden in the shadows, though, so the guards wouldn't see him. THe Bildernian guards wouldn't bat an eye, but Arkaos guards...not so much.

(lul. Mine have been horrible right now too, been meaning to do commissions and actually pay attention to my prps but animal crossing..)

Lowell Brichalles
His ears perked up at the sound of footsteps and he had to cover his face with his hand to muffle a loud, instinctive growl. He glanced over at the door, pulling himself up slightly and pushing past dull drapery to glance out one of the small windows.
It was hard to see anything in the dark alley with his still-human eyes but he caught the shadows of someone moving outside. They didn't appear to be a guard, judging by the lack of armor, but he still didn't like his chances.
He motioned to the door, still keeping his face covered with his hand, lest he catch himself barking.

Nicote stayed where he was.

Armias followed behind Nanita, eyeing over the small pond she had stopped at.
He wasn't exactly sure how this would help, but he didn't dare question her methods, letting his curiosity take the wheel for once.

Lowell Brichalles
As the figure halted, so did Lowell's resistance. He felt his eye burn again with a pulse of the sword at his side as the wolf overtook him again in his stressed, exhausted state, causing him to grip at the wall with his claws as he immediately started snarling furiously and uncontrollably at the door, sparks of electricity rippling off his fangs.
He'd blow their hiding spot if he didn't manage to pull himself together quickly.
