Hey, glad you can make it!
:)
My name is Diana but you can just call me by my username. I am super new. I just finished tutorials and was advised to post a thread here. So hello. Any quick tips for me? I plan on reading all of the stuck threads(?) but I appreciate your help. Also, I just got a mentor --Larkien! Thanks for being helpful.

Hello hello :) And I like the one I have now and the horse looking one. I'm sorry, I haven't got the names down yet. And yea I'll need some items but I have no clue what !

Ah, I have a horse looking one for you :P They're called Qitaris, but you'll probably learn the names over time if you stick around.

Anyways, I sent you a polearm (I'm a bit low on items, sorry xD), just go to your inventory, select and click "Use Item", and it should then be available to equip in your Wardrobe.

If you would like you can pick any of my pets for sale and I will give it to you for free as a welcome present.
You can go to the Advanced search, switch to pets, type in my name as owner, and select for sale "yes". There you will be able to see all the pets I have for sale. And you can even narrow down the search to your preferences.

Welcome to sylestia, i sent you a couple of items (and avi) tho healing items and most types of traps are not tradeable unfortunately. And a little eggy as well from the other horse like sylesti. ^-^

Welcome to Sylestia, Discovery! What's your favourite species so far? I can probably get you an eggy.
Pro tip: Do not catch pets from the wild unless you have a really good reason to. They are usually worth very little and just take up lots of space. I'll get you a few themed pets - breed 2 pets of the same theme together and they can usually be worth quite a bit. Just make sure not to price too high or low - if it's too high, nobody will buy, and if it's too low, it'll harm the economy. Each theme has a different average price - some at 1k, some at 100k, some in the middle and some worth even more.
(Hehe sorry if it's a bit confusing, I'm not very good at explaining things lol)
I sent over an experience orb. Use this on your party pet (Menina) from your inventory and watch her levels go up like crazy ;)
I sent over some avatar items too!

BTW just in case you don't know healers are a scam and don't get your potions form the marketplace, get cheap high-level pets off trade broker and check out the player guides forum for the missions guide, that's an easy way to get free stuff without too much effort.
You can also nurture, and when you get 1000 scales, go to the Scale Shop and buy some pet dyes, those sell very well on the broker
I'm also willing to give away pets and avi items so let me know if you want one
Some random tips:
Breeding.....Well, you can't really make too much profit from it anymore unless you have a themed, stattered pet, or something of that sort. Most things don't sell if they don't have lot of visibles/restricted trait sets,, aren't themed, are dishwasher pets, etc. Also price above 500g cuz the Releasers do release anything for sale that is under that. Feel free to ask if you want pricing advise.
Healers are a huge scam. Do not. Do not. But do missions-theres a guide here
