I don't know what to do... my characters have to somehow get illegally onto a train, get mistaken for a terrorist group, get blown up by the government, and survive (that's a VERY washed-out version...) I just need to get them on the train and I'll be set, but...
do I show them getting onto the train? that would take up more space than I think the remainder of the chapter would allow...
are they already on the train? i keep running into issues with my 'show don't tell' style...
do i just ignore that part and smooth right over it, waiting for some reader to mention it and then be like yeh they did that thing...
0-o i finally edited prologue-chapter 6 tho so that's all nice and clean (somewhat)
still waiting for someone to REALLY pick it apart tho... like cinema or animation sins... or game sins!

Your story sounds very interesting!
I think that, as a reader, I would like to read about how they get onto the train.
But I also think that everything you describe seems to be too much, and too intense for one chapter.
What you could do is to write about how they get on the train in the remaining space of the chapter. Then, in the following chapter, you could write about the following events. This way, you could build the tension more slowly.
Another solution would be to start when they are already on the train, and to tell through a dialogue or a quick flashback what happened before.
