Ahh, it must be my mistake then! I guess if it was the first 15 minutes or so of playing, I mustn't have noticed the default avatar before then...it was a few years ago when I joined. All this time I thought the female base was default, lol. xD

Great work finishing up the coding, nice to see it released.

My only qualm is towards the new shading of several of the hairstyles. The "shading" makes no sense! I'll get over it by just using other hairstyles, but come on. It's a shame since it was fine as it was

We are going to be reviewing the shading on hairs and attempting to make improvements.

Edit: To add to this, one positive of this was that we now at least have all of the Hairs in a file and easy to be worked on. Prior to this, most of them we didn't even have the original files anymore and we had to re-create them from what was uploaded to the Site.

There was never any real 'editing' period w/ the new Hair update. They were finished like 8+ months ago and I hadn't really even looked at them until this week.

Thanks for the super quick reply! I'm sure it was somewhere then and I missed it.

Again, well done on the coding work. It's nice to see everything tagged by festival, etc. And noticed how quickly the avatar actually saves! Very cool, and definitely worth the work. :)

Well, I can load all of my previous outfits fine, but when I go to create a new outfit and purchase another outfit slot with AP, it keeps giving me an error that I cant save an outfit with items I dont own. I certainly own the items I have on. I even tried changing my outfit and selecting new outfit, but it gives the same error.

Also, is there a way to easily change the names of saved outfits? At this point I am not deleting any to try and resave with a new name since it seems to be having issues with saving.

I'm pretty sure that any item that can be recolored would be in the basic sylestia colors (blue and yellow and white? and probably other shades of blue), but some older avatar items might not be like that

At first I had seemed to have misplaced my ears somewhere - turns out they were just hidden in my hair. Took the head item off and they reappeared, stuck it back on and they were still there. All good.

Even though I'm pretty sure you crossed out the issue for half-head items mucking around with ears and things, just to let you know that maybe a couple of minor things can be sorted out by the old turn it off, turn it back on again routine ^.^

Really appreciate this new update along with everyone else. You won't catch me scrolling through endless wardrobe items I don't have to find the one I want anymore, and I'm glad of it. Thanks for all the time you've invested and good luck with catching any bugs that might remain :)

Haven't touched my avi since the update went live, but I think the ring backgrounds are confused now :P

Ahhh...this is so nice looking! I spent all my AP getting the new styles so I can edit as I please. Probably use it to create a new costume for this year's Fall Festival. Also, loving the ability to sort via festival and based on years, so when I want to swap in items I get in the current festival I can find it easily!

I noticed when trying to add wings to my current avie that it says I can not save with an Item I dont own. Trying to replace clothes I found its the background that is currently on my avie is not registered as owned.
