autumn wreath (sorry for blurry image)



changed:


i chose autumn wreaths because my mom always hangs them up around the house, and they always smell good. sometimes they smell sweet from little berries, and sometimes they have that fallen leaves smell. you know, the one that's kind of musty but it smells good because it mixes with cool air and it sharpens the scent. and the little traces of cinnamon and pumpkin and other spices really make everything come together for me ^D^

holy cheese this is beautiful. it was a real struggle to find anything to change about it. it's wonderful; the blue-greys and yellow-oranges combine beautifully to make an extremely well-crafted design. however, i think that there is a bit too much blue in they grey. if you edged towards a grey-violet/indigo that also pulled more towards they grey side, i think it would work just a touch better. making the oranges range from yellow to a red-orange would also better bring out the morning sunlight peeking in through the fog.

Critique:

Your design is very beautiful and works pretty well with the picture given, but I think It needs a little bit less brown and more autumn-y leaf colors. Some colors need to be dulled down just a little bit, and some look like they need to become darker. It's traits also make it look a bit disorganized.

update to the previous design: i lightened g2 color, then had it swap places with m1



so that became this



edit: i'll have to work on g3 coloration

1st off, the Neph looks super pretty. I wish you the best of luck with the design. Looking at the original and the edited one, I think you made the right call changing the M1 color (that was one of the ones I was gonna suggest changing but we had the same idea XD) making it lighter was the right way to go. I also agree with working on the G3 but I have no idea what color to change it to. I'm working on different color combinations at the moment and if I come up with anything, I will let you know and if you come up with anything, I can't wait to see what you do!

Critique:
I don't think the Western Saddle and Spring Blossoms went with the design. I also think the colors were a little dark, especially if your inspiration was hay.
