Okay, I know you're out there. You can't hide forever, fellow band kids!
And I think we can all agree that one trumpet has enough ego for the entire band, no offense directed at the trumpets.

Hello, Floutist! Two of my friends in band play flute, too. And then I'm the alto sax player who walkes around with a tuner in her boot.

Theres only 2 flutes in my band, lol. We have 3 sax, their not alto players.

Always weird to hear how it's common that at least one trumpet has that much ego x)
Played clarinet since elementary, didn't continue past high school unfortunately though
Was always interested in sax/or any of the bigger and deeper sounding instruments(preferred playing 3rd clarinet but was always stuck with first)

Clarinet for life!!!!
There are 13 of us
We're the biggest section
6 percussionists
2 french horns
3 trombones(maybe 4)
8-10 trumpets
5-10 flutes
LOL IDK how many alto saxes(around 5)
Baritones x2
Piccolos x2
Oboe x1
There are probably 60 of us
Our band has a habit of speeding up very rapidly...Might partially be the clarinet part. We push the threshold just a lliiiiiiitttttlle bit.
aand I'm a first clarinet all the way! (High notes are my specialty)
The clarinet section...I might have more of an ego than a trumpet when it comes to playing.
