I have been spotted.

I play the clarinet! I used to play cello in orchestra but I wasn't satisfied, uh. Well, my school band has like 14-16 trumpets and together they still sound kinda.. wimpy? Anyway, our band is reeaaally big (in my opinion), and the one thing I hate about it is that they never really cooperate well. Like, I just want to play and enjoy, but we take forever to start and get through everything x-x

We have.. 80+ members I believe. Our band has a good amount of every instrument.

I'm a 1st clarinet by the way :)

My (combined) band is 51 members. We actually have three bands crammed into three periods (to be explained) and one teacher for the middle and high sxchools which are about a block apart.
First period is beginning band - new sixth graders and those seventh and eight graders who are doing band for the first time. Second period is all percussion. Third period is Pride Band and Concert Band. Don't ask me where the names came from, we all preform at concerts. The reason they're split this way is band room capacity is 55 people and the school board was throwing a fit about having about three people over the limit.
In third period, there's two bands so one is always in sectionals when the other rehers together. Sectionals are horrible. When the concerts come around percussion comes and reherses with us all of ONCE before the bloody concert. Fun...
For our spring concert, we're doing movie music: Avengers (we alto saxes have the main melody for the entire piece which NEVER happens), Pirates Of The Caribbean, Harry Potter, and possible Lord Of The Rings.
Are you working on any music currently?

*gasp*
Cello, violin, and viola are in orchestra.

One time I had an orchestra concert and some stranger was like, "Are you in the band?" I shook my head and glared at him after he left.

*glares with you*

Band is amazing, orchestra is amazing, don't you dare get them mixed up or you'll have a bunch of angry musicians wanting to murder you.

Lol instruments and stands make good weapons but that is strictly forbidden and my conductor would kill me.
