Ive been doing this for 2 hours each day and ive only run into a seal once!

Well what the hay I did the puzzles, I got the message that said Alacrity so I used my pet Darcy, she's got about 511 Agility, but nothing happened. :( Is 511 too low?

If I recall correctly

You can't tell if the seals work until after you successfully turn off all 4. Or you go to battle the boss. (when you see his buffs, you can tell if they did or didn't work)

Not sure if that was your problem, as alacrity matches agility

Okay, so I was wondering whether we have confirmed whether or not pets must have 200+ of each stat just with points, or whether equipping armor, etc. to get over 200 in the required stat works? I just went through for the first time and using the correct pet (each lvl 44) for each seal (Agility, Strength, Dexterity, Intelligence), each with well over 200 points with equipment taken into account for the right stat. None of the seals lit up, even at the end, so I backtracked and found them not lit up at all.

Is there anything I'm doing wrong? Or do my pets just need higher levels and more points in each stat?

Disregard the above. I just ended up going through and kicking his butt even though all four buffs seemed to be active on him when I entered :D

As this thread is already labelled *SPOILERS*, I will just ask--does the pet that activates a seal need that stat over 200 naturally or with the effect of equipment?

My "A Team" comprises Calamander (base Agility 138, effective Agility 296; base Intelligence 134, effective Intelligence 261), Murder By Chocolate (base Strength 132, effective Strength 247), and Seattle Rain (base Dexterity 122, effective Dexterity 255). They touch the Seals in the order Alacrity, Courage, Cunning, and Perception, yet no Seal ever lights up. Do the boosts their stats get from their equipment not count as far as activating a Seal is concerned?

If that's not the issue, can anyone give me any advice for activating the Seals? My boys are gaining 1-3 experience points at a time in The Forgotten Tomb because they can just blow through every enemy we find with little effort, but they still can't seem to activate Seals.

Help?

Edit: OK, tried it with Calamander at Agility 298 and Intelligence 263, Murder By Chocolate at Strength 273, and Seattle Rain at Dexterity 295. Still the Seals will not light up. Any ideas or advice is appreciated.

is this in order of the doors like door one is alacrity and so on because I don't know how to read the tombs righting

We managed to get the light up eventually, though we had to go through three times, backtracking twice because we KNEW we messed it up due to getting distracted and hitting the wrong button (actually BEATING him after we got the light was easy, though our team is level 57+, so uh)

Alacrity is to agility
as
Courage is to strength
as
Cunning is to dexterity
as
Perception is to intelligence

It's probably easier if you have four pets for it, one for each of the four.
Reaching the Seal of whatever of the four you don't have with you, you just go to the Party page in a new tab or something, switch one of your three for the one you don't have, go to your adventure tab and reload it, then hit "continue adventuring". It'll take you to whatever Seal you were at, but with the updated party- touch the seal, switch your pets back, continue.

And remember (oooh, spoileryspoilers straight from our text translation PSD file):

Point ONE, "ONLY THOSE TRUE TO EACH SEAL WILL HAVE THE POWER TO ACTIVATE THEM"
Presumably meaning that it has to be their "Natural Stat" at 200+, not equipment modified to achieve it.

Point TWO, "ONLY WHEN ALL FOUR SEALS ARE ACTIVATED WILL THEY ILLUMINATE."
Meaning if you got all of them right you'll see the seal light up.
Which perhaps means if you've backtracked and redone... that it remembers all your attempts? If it's lighting up on earlier ones after people backtrack?
