The sky is a shimmering mass above you as the stars twinkle in and out of existence, white streaks of light breaking through irregularly, 'meteors' you think. You can see all this reflected clearly on the surface of the lake in front of you, have been seeing this for the past half hour at least. It's been a nice chance to catch your breath, enjoying the quiet and scenery, after dealing with troublesome miscreants for the past month in Esior's fields.

Alas, the quiet shatters. An ethereal figure appears before you in a combustion of blinding light, sudden and unwelcome. Shying your eyes away you take a few steps back, trying to compose yourself. A soft, melodic voice fills the air as you turn to back to regard the figure when the light has dimmed.



"Good evening Traveler. Forgive me if I startled you. I am Haruto, the Djinn of Falling Stars. It is fortuitous that we've met this night. I require some assistance. It is my job to shoot meteors that are falling to this world of ours, to break it into smaller pieces to lessen the impact when it hits the earth. As a Djinn it's impossible for me to do this alone."

Haruto pulls a white shimmering light from the air. The light dances in his palm emitting a warm glow.

"A Djinn's magic requires power to work and unfortunately my magic has grown quite weak. This is where you come in...I implore you..."

He offers the light forward.

"Press your palm against the light and make a wish. By earnestly wishing upon my catalyst you will strengthen my magic. Only then can I shape my light and only then will my arrows be able to shatter the meteors. If fortune smiles upon you perhaps a shard meteorite will fall to you and, infused by the magic of my arrow, you might find your wish granted."


Specifics/How to Play:
*Make a single wish for any item available in the shop during the Black Friday Event up to a 1000 diamond cost.
*Don't forget to empower Haruto. Touch the light before you make your wish.
*"Wish Time" will close on Friday evening at 10pm server time, falling stars will begin to strike at midnight.
*Wishes will be granted using RNG by post number, so please, try to keep your posts to this thread limited to 1.
*Haruto will grant wishes until 15k diamonds have been spent, meaning the maximum amount of wishes he'll grant is 15, minimum depends on how much the wishes cost.
*If you have questions, please PM Imperium.

After listening to Haruto's story, I approach him and place my palm on the dancing white light in his hand. Then, in earnest, I wish for:

Soren blinked as he approached the light before bowing to it, putting a gentle hand along the light. "I wish I had some wheel tickets, two if possible. Luck has not been on my side in quite some time."

Stepping forth, starry eyed and abashed, I press my hand to the light and close my eyes.

"I humbly request one Exceptional Genetic Scanner."

Smiling, I open my eyes again to look at Haruto. "Whether that wish comes true or not, I pray all goes well in your return to the heavens." I slightly dip forward as a modest bow. "Thank you for protecting our world and the lives within it."

Then I sit and stare at him the entire time while everyone else gives it a shot, internally squealing because he is a beautiful character.
