quick question: what can you do to get shamrocks if you haven't unlocked astral's vale and don't have gold?

I think you can get them from nurturing. I'm not sure what the rate is if you can though.

I think it'd be better to try to unlock Astryl's Vale. Are you stuck on the second dungeon? I can try to give you some advice if you need help with your battle team but it'd probably have to be tomorrow as I'm getting really sleepy. You'll need to defeat all of what's available with region 3 to move on to the megazone when it's out anyway so it'd be getting a couple things done all at once if you can access it.

I think other Players have said that the dungeon isn't required to unlock Sweet Blossom Orchard; you just have to finish Aryth's Spire.

Then it shouldn't be too hard to unlock the vale. I can look at your pet gear/proficiencies if you need any help. Usually when people have trouble with progress it comes down to pet gear and some proficiency adjustments. Just let me know. I think there's also guides on Aryth's Spire if it comes down to it though I do recommend trying it out yourself first since I thought the puzzle there was really fun to solve.
