Diamonds should always arrive within a few minutes.
If it's longer, please send me a PM with the email address that you used for the purchase.

Just to bring further awareness to this issue since it seems to be happening more and more frequently.
I have contacted PayPal now and am going to try and work with them on a solution since it doesn't seem like this is going to resolve itself and is only getting worse.
I'll post any updates as they come.
And again, if you purchase Diamonds and don't receive them within ~30 minutes, please just send me a PM with your PayPal account's email address and I'll take a look and process the transaction for you as soon as I can.

There is no plan to add any additional purchasing options at this time. I unfortunately barely have enough spare time as is to get the things done that I want. =\
Adding or changing the purchase process is probably a few days or longer of coding/development/testing time that I just don't have available atm.

Does this happen even if you pay with a debit or credit card? Cause usually when I can buy diamonds I end up using my sister-in-law's card when buying diamonds since I don't have one myself. I think we usually just use that option.

It happens when you click the checkout button on our Site and get redirected to PayPal's checkout page.
It doesn't matter what you do from there. If it lost the info, it's already lost and you'd have to go back and try again to get it to carry over properly.
Either way, if it happens, I can easily correct the situation. So it shouldn't be a deterrent to buying Diamonds. =D

How long does it take to get the Diamonds added to one's account. I purchased 1000 and they do not show up on my account, yet.
