Hi Krin,

I had a strange issue with PayPal. I have not received my diamonds but also I seem to have been charged the incorrect amount.

I requested 6,500 diamonds plus 500 extra at a cost of $52 but I have been charged $65, though it says the correct number of diamonds. I guess this may have something to do with the lack of delivery :). It is rather strange as at the moment it is not possible to spend $65! Maybe it is because of the extended diamond sale?

Let me know by pm if you need any more details, like my PayPal address.

The Diamond Sale price comes from the data transferred from our Site to PayPal's. So when the data is lost, it loses both your User ID # and the Diamond Sale price ($4 instead of $5).

However, I can just use the rate of 125 Diamonds per $1.00 and figure out the correct amount of Diamonds and then manually process the transaction - which I did for you. =)

Just in the future, double check that the information displayed at the PayPal checkout is correct to what your order should be. But, if something oops's, it's relatively easy for me to fix.

Just am wanting to remind everyone that this bug is still causing some issues for players.

It seems to largely affect those who purchase Diamonds on mobile devices.

So when checking out on PayPal's webpage, just verify that the cart is for the correct sale price and lists your User iD # as the "Item #".

Please refer to the first post of this thread for full information.


And again, even if your transaction is bugged going through, I will still manually process it as soon as I can and you will still receive your Diamonds. So there is no worries at all of not receiving your Diamonds - they just may be delayed if this bug happens to you.

Just a heads up Krin, I know you said mostly but I was on my PC when it happened to me. I didn't fret about it cause I remembered your post <after the fact of course> so just waited till you got it fixed.
