Thank you so much for all your hard work, Krin, Fai and other workers of this site. We (playerbase) might be experiencing festival troubles, but its you guys that actually have to deal with all the drama. I hope this gets resolved soon so you guys can have a little break.

Best of luck to you Krin! Honestly I don't mind the server errors because when battling they disappear in almost a second and when nurturing it does not stop me from doing what I was doing (nurturing). ;)

What service is wreaking havoc? PHP?

FastCGI. The PHP Handler that reduced page load speed by like 200-300% lol. So we'd like to keep using it.

It obviously shouldn't be acting this way so hopefully it's just a matter of time before finding the root cause and fixing it.

I really apologize for the mega-long delay.

I have been working with our Host on trying to get everything resolved for 12 full hours. -_-

Finally though, I feel confident that the server is in a state where we can resume operations.

Originally, things started as a chain relay of tickets. My ticket to our Host. Our Host's ticket to the Software technicians. Lag between responses, etc. Hours later, they finally suggested to upgrade a bunch of software on our server because they felt that would fix the issue.

So we then spent the time upgrading the software and, sorta success, it seemed to fix that issue - but it created more. Back and forth, back and forth. Got some issues fixed; things seem okay. But then I noticed that our core config settings were wrong. The biggest issue was that the timezone was reporting incorrectly which affects basically everything on the Site.

Six hours later, finally figured out the cause and got it fixed and here we are. Lol~

Hopefully, no more errors. Hopefully, things run smooth. Hopefully, performance boost still noticeable. But I wouldn't be surprised if some errors pop up and things don't work correctly.

So please let me know if you run into anything suspicious for the next few days!
