A shadowy blur darted about in the shining cerulean bay. The explorer dared not move, as the blurry form began to swim towards him. The creature suddenly leaped from the water and landed near the explorer with a thump. With demonic red eyes and flaring fins, the evil beast drew ever closer...
I watched the pastel sunset, and inspired, I began to paint.

The wind swirled around me and I looked over the ocean. Bursting with excitement I ran and leaped into the water, happy to finally be home.

Two Old friends sat on a bed of pine needles. One was larder and Blended into her surroundings. Her smaller companion played happily with her tail and they watched the forest grow dim with twilight.

(I tried my best to fit your description xD)
She worked through the woven mass. Knitting here and there to finally prefect what she had been working on. It was Blood Red. Reminding her of her own dark red thoughts. Dragged down in time, she has a fatal weakness. Her Achilles Heel was yet to be discovered. But just the fact someone like her could have one scared everyone. The Woven Blood Red mass represented what she had really become after all the years.
