The sylesti paced atop the damp soil beneath her, stepping back, almost tripping into the tunnel that lead to a whole network of different tunnels, caves, and burrows. The hunters had not returned for some time and she was starting to worry. She glanced out of the cave in the hill, glancing at the rising moon. Her youngling would go hungry tonight. Sighing, her child huddled up beside her.

"Do not worry. I'm sure they'll be back this morning. I'll ask Alvaro if he could take guard duty," she softly said. Their mother's voice reassured the young Sylesti.

"Go, return to the other Younglings. I'll be with you soon."
