Oh! I know exactly what I'll do!
I always think of Oracles when I think of Witch Doctors, so I'll call that boy Oracle and the other Ajax. Thanks a bunch!

Normally I dislike the Witch Doctor trait, Yumi, but Oracle's Chow Tail makes it look cute, with all those lavender circles going in a circle.

Thanks! I had a hankering for the chow tail hence both of these boys....well....yeah. I just kind of like witch doctor, I'm not really sure why. All of my other Nixi have tri tails so I don't really see how the dots look on a normal Nixi tail. 9.9 I actually had to look it up on the advanced search. x3

I'm glad you like the names that much. They're both super awesome looking, and I have to admit I love the Chow Tail too, I'm hoping to eventually breed Dolphin to a DP Nixi with Chow Tail. :)

I also have to admit that this thread has made me really want another DP Nixi, even though they were one of my least favorite garden themes to begin with. The colors have really grown on me. ^.^

Same here. I really didn't care for them at first. Then I spent a good chunk of gold on those two!

Hey! I'm open to letting you breed any girls that you have/get with my boys, if you'd be interested.

Mystic, don't you mean your Delphinium only has one Carried trait? Because all the Tagged Delphinium Zolnixies have at least one Carried trait, even if their plant wasn't fertilized at all.

Here's the two I didn't name for Delphiniums--

This is Sionn MorwchFflur. In Gaelic, "sionn," which is pronounced "shon," means "fox." He ended up with a Welsh second name. "Morwch" means "dolphin," and "fflur," of course, means "flower." As Britters pointed out, the delphinium flower is named after the dolphin. I wanted the last name to be Morwch-Fflur, "dolphin-flower," but Sylestia naming can't take a hyphen. So I used camelcase to show it's a compound word. It's pronounced, as far as I can tell, "moruch-flur."
Sionn was an amazing gift from Allis!

This boy needs a new name!

"Aluminum Wings"

I have realized that I actually have two Delphs who need names. You've already seen the puppy. This unfortunate boy was named very late at night, when I really should have been asleep. I got the Delphinium pets and the Hydrangea pets mixed up. So instead of looking for delphinium varieties to name this boy after, I started looking for hydrangea varieties to name him after.
However, I couldn't decide whether he was more pink or more violet. While some hydrangeas are pure white, most are either white with pink or white with violet, and some varieties can be either pink or violet depending upon how the gardener fertilizes it. When I discovered aluminum is one of the key minerals that determines what color a hydrangea's blossoms are, I named him "Aluminum Wings."
The next day, I realized what I had done. Sheesh!
So, this todd has a Philter of Amnesia in his future. What should I name him, Sylestia?

So, I've actually been waiting for someone to submit a Nixi that suits this name. It's another name that I came across during my own research. Elijah's Chariot is apparently another name that people give to delphiniums that are all white. You're boy just looks stunning to me with those wings and I think the name suits him perfectly because he has no markings but those amazing wings. :)
