No worries Krin. I think everyone understands. Running a site is hard and there are bound to be bugs. It's unavoidable.

After scouring through everything, it looks like the issue lies with the column type - a specific column type that I use that allows the range of an integer 0-9... is restoring solely as '1'. I am hoping this is happening during the restoration process and not the backing up process.
If it is indeed happening during restoration, we can just simply restore the backup through a various method and put the pieces back together. However, if it's happening during the backing up process, that data will be gone and I'm not sure what we'll do from there lol...
Still waiting to hear back from our Host regarding this issue and I'll let everyone know what we can figure out.

As much as I hate to see the site down, it really isn't that much of a problem. Sure, it's a pain when you want to play but this site still runs smoother than most pet sites I've played.. and the communication is much better. :) Hope the issue gets fixed once and for all just so you poor admins don't have to deal with it anymore.

Yeah, software glitches can be a big pain. But we're all happy that you work so hard to make Sylestia the best it can be. Just don't stress yourselves out; we can all wait patiently for whatever solutions need to be taken.
