I've been away for vacation and just got on Sylestia today to harvest my plants. I suppose it's my fault I didn't get online earlier but I hope I get to harvest all the plants that I had growing (including an exceptional-fertilized Lotus...) I look forward to hearing more about this issue. Thanks for everything you've done. I really appreciate it and I hope these issues get resolved soon, but I also hope you don't become too stressed out.

Yep. Don't worry. Once we get everything figured out... we will have some sort of way of distributing everything. I promise that we will make sure everyone gets their pets or at least compensation for what they had.

We're just waiting for a final word on if that data is 100% lost or not.
