This year was an awesome year for me! I kept in touch with a great Sylestian friend of mine (Lark, known as Skwardy now) who is just plain awesome and, in the Haunted House, I got a Genie's Lamp that I used to wish for a key when I couldn't find one! I got a bunch of cool stuff that I wouldn't have gotten if it wasn't for the lamp!

Also, I got some great artwork from awesome artists on Sylestia! Shoutout to DashingAsh, Hiraeth, and Xedite for being awesome artists!

I already told said person this, but here's what I said ^^

"Hey, I just wanted to say I'm really impressed with how much you have improved over your (just under a) year of playing, in maturity and kindness. It takes a great person to be able to improve as much as you have, and learn, and I just wanted to let you know I (And probably quite a few others on the site) have noticed how well you are doing and really value it! Seriously, you are doing a great job, and are setting a great example for newer players as well ^^ I'm really proud of you!"

Also I got a pair of Maj nixis this fest and they are both 2 vis :) I'm gettingg so close to my goal of a tagged pair of evey themed nixi :D

I caught a legendary nyte and a mythical nyte this year!

The latter half of the year has been really hard for me, dealing with family losses and the stress of the first year of uni. Sylestia and its kind community has really helped as a momentary escape, and there's no shortage of positivity here.

I got both the fabled and majestic catalysts I wanted most from mystery brew catalysts, and I got all of the starseeker fox helds and the ryo one I wanted most from avi drops.

This is also the first fest I've had enough leftover regular catas to give some away for free, so it's nice to be able to repay the same kindness others have shown.

I finally decided on a project to work on, and I'm having fun doing it!

I've made heaps of friends on this sylestia who've supported me through finding out who I really am. This site has given me heaps of friends and a way to escape from a bad life. This site has helped me so much ^^

My lunemara project is going really smoothly, rng was very kind while I was getting all the needed traits on pets, and I have two pets that have the full trait set, I only need two more to start the max-stating process.

I met Emmat67 when she joined Sylestia, but then she went away, and I didn't know what had become of her. Now she's back!

Several other people who've been away for awhile have returned as well, including DaniBane (now DebaucheryTeaParty). It's nice to see folks again, and it gives me hope that other people I miss are okay and will turn up someday as well.

First of all I want to thank everyone on sylestia that has allowed me to have fun here over the past year. I know I haven't been as active in the community lately, but I do still appreciate all of you that make up the wonderful community here. I would like to thank Krinadon for making such a wonderful game and putting so much effort.

I'm really happy that the last section of the Lost Grove came out this year and though I haven't had a chance yet to work on clearing the stages yet, I look forward to the challenge.
