Amethyst took this good but he might be related to royalty? It sounded like it. But she kinda felt back for him. She didn't know why though. It was strange. Then he was older than her? She couldn't believe this but how was he still alive then? She now just had more questions.

Raka smiled kindly at her confused expression.
"You see, I was rescued by a guardian spirit. That is to say a spirit charged with protecting an elemental orb. He saved my life and protected me from the passage of time in his own realm. About three years ago he returned me to this world and I was taken in by a herd of quitari. I only know this because he told me himself."
He braced himself to tell her the most difficult part.
"The reason I look different now is because... Well, earlier when we were fighting the morrko I... I died... He, that is to say the spirit saved me again by fusing with my soul and healing me.

Amethyst gasped in shock. Her mind reeling at the new information. She looked at Raka with wide eyes. How could she handle this new information?

Amethyst reacted just as one might have expected someone who just learned their mate had died and been revived would have reacted.
"I'm okay though. I'm still me." he nuzzled her neck. Was she crying, or was it him? He couldn't tell. Why should either of them be crying anyway? He was alive... but, he could have died...
For some reason thinking this clearly finally made the seriousness of it dawn on him. He had been so foolish risking his life like that. He had just gotten together with Amethyst and then gone and gotten himself killed. Here he was trying to protect her and completely forgetting to protect himself. If she felt the same way about him as he did about her... it just wouldn't be fair to leave her like that.
"I'm sorry... I didn't think... I wont do it again. I wont leave you again, I promise."

Amethyst calmed down and smiled. She loved him. At least he was alive right? She wasn't sure if she wanted to be happy or sad. She closed her eyes and sighed. When she opened them, she looked at Raka

Raka looked up into Amethyst's eyes and was immediately glad to have her with him. "Lets... lets just stay here for awhile. The shores are crowded enough already don't you think?" he said with a slight smile.

"Yeah." Amethyst said and smiles. She felt at peace and she really knew that maybe this...... this was her destiny? Even if she got so tired she would never be tired of Raka.

Aleria was confused as to why no one was activly trying to help Cain. She may not know the strange Kelpari but, he was going to be part of the group 'if he ever wakes up he will be anyway' she thought, she decided to get in gear and start the hunt for the fish she sniffed the water in to assess if there were any near. she swam through the water on the hunt "Amethyst, Akega, Raka i will scout ahead to find a school and call for you when i find them." she called. No fish were in sight the school they had been playing with was long gone, she searched around keeping a keen eye for any movement, finding a school of fish wouldn't be the hard part.

Raka moved in close to Amethyst brushing his muzzle against hers. He coiled his tail around hers, he intended to make the most of this time they had together. He nipped playfully at her ear and was about to suggest they go somewhere a bit more private when...
"Amethyst, Akega, Raka I will scout ahead to find a school and call for you when I find them."

Amethyst whispered something that she hoped Raka didn't hear but she dismissed the thought. She looked around and swam up a bit farther. She went up onto land and sat there.
