The mouse let her eyes slide closed for a second. "Ah yes, I know of a way, but it is far harder than anyone could ever imagine. There is a door." Her eyes opened again, sharp and startlingly fierce. "I have seen it, but no matter how much I search, I cannot find it again. I remember the journey I made once, but finding the spot again, there is only a wall. Magic lies upon that thing, so even if you find it once, the door will simply move." It had been the end of all her hope when she realized that.

The mouse shook her head. "I'm afraid not. What magic any of us used to have seems nullified by whatever power brought us here. Truly, it was a beautiful door though..." She sighed and hopped down into the soft grass, waving her tail for Scarlet to follow. "We will never find it sitting around on our tails though. If you want to find it, then we should search the old fashioned way--with our eyes!"

Scarlet obliged and followed the mouse, "And with our paws." Scarlet searched along with the mouse, "Do you have a name?" Scarlet did not want to call her new friend just mouse because it seemed rude to her.
