Malak regained his composure as he walked to the edge of town. He acknowledged to himself that he should have at least questioned the old woman about what had happened to him, but the experience of waking up with a foreign person's hands on him had been extremely jarring. Physical contact was not something encouraged among his people, particularly a woman putting hands on a man to whom she was not married. It went against the teachings of his people. As it was, he had made his choice and now another stood before him.
There were many paths to take, each he knew would hold its own wonders, though there was one direction he knew that he could not take...the desert. He would never be able to journey into his homelands ever again after making the decision to leave. His reasons had been just, or so he believed but it pained him to think of never exploring those golden hills of sand ever again in his lifetime. You decide to investigate the little glowy things. Some of them came up and touched your skin lightly, each spot feeling refreshed. There was a slight giggling in the air. You notice that they seem to circulate around a bush. What do you wish to do?
a) Investigate the bush
b) Step on the bush
c) Catch some of the glowies
d) Attack them
e) Stomp on some
f) Leave
g) Other
(As many as you want, but not all will be helpful c;.)
You approach the elderly man, who smiles at you as you approach. "I will do my best," he responded. Then, he offered you some bread to feed the ducks.
Julien took the bread and considered it. He used his teeth to tear off a chunk for himself, chewing on it, as he tore pieces off of the remaining chunk and tossed them lightly to the ducks. He watched them nibble at it for a contented moment before turning to address the old man.
"So I heard this place is called Ilamoor?" he began, figuring that was an innocent enough question to ask.

The giggling noise seemed to be emanating from inside of the bush, as well as from the glowy things around you. One of them landed on your shoulder for a moment before flying off again. What do you wish to do?
