Arg, I noticed that the pets I had bought yesterday before the crash were not only still in my stable while still marked as up for sale by their original owners, but people can buy them... A pet in my stable disappeared because someone else bought it off - both from me and the original owner apparently... And so goes the gold I had spent on that pet...

So please, if you haven't yet, send me a PM with the details and I'll let you know what I can or can't do.

Just as a reference though, if you lost a pet that is in the "Unrecoverable" list, I cannot restore the pet to you. Otherwise it'd be in the recoverable list. =P The core information for those pets was lost and is unrecoverable. In some cases, yes, I'd be able to restore most of the information, but it would take a lot of digging and for 400 pets... that isn't feasible for me. I'm sorry. =(

However, if you had purchased those pets or used a philter on those pets, I can easily track that and can refund you.


For the recoverable pets, if they were not tamed male qitari, send me a PM with what the pet was and I can change it for you.


For all other matters, I'll do the best I can to accommodate.
