Jay huffed that he didn't get the chance to answer the previous questions, but he enjoyed listening to Scarlet's wit. He knew he liked her for a reason. She was clever! Puffing up like he actually knew the answer to the latest riddle, Jay said the most logical thing he could think of. "Well, if you take away two halves of one, it would equal four. Mathematically, at least." Somehow, that didn't feel much like a riddle though. Did he answer it wrong?

Scarlet looks over at Jay like he had just flown to the moon and back all while pacing in that tight cicle of hers, "You could easily be right Jay. Sorry about the last two questions." Scarlet was stumped so she listened to Jay's ideas working on a theory based off Jay's idea.

August shook his head. "Not quite, but that's a very good theroy. Do you want a hint?"

Scarlet nods once but then paciently waits for Jay to answer as well.

"Yes, I would need all the tips I can get." Hunter says.

Scarlet smiles at Hunter, "Just sit and listen and you may learn a thing or two. Then you'll be just as clever as us if not more so."

Jay laughed. "Yes, a hint would be good. I think we're all clever, but perhaps not the right sort of clever for riddles!" He'd only ever been good at telling riddles to please others when he knew the answers. Coming upon the answer himself was another game altogether. Laying a hand on Hunter's paw, he gave the Hyena a pat. "And don't worry. The rest of us are struggling with the riddles too."

Genesis nodded at that wise advice, though she seemed not to be paying much attention to the games, he gaze somewhere far off into the distance. "That's right. All it takes is practice or the lessons of a very good mother to get clever! My mother....well, I don't remember exactly..."

August chuckled good naturedly. "Alright. Pay attention to how five's spelled. F-I-V-E." He spoke, then added. "Sorry. There aren't many hints I can give you when it comes to this one without giving it away entirely."

Scarlet looks at Augustus obviously not pleased with that hint, "Could it be in another language or numbers or something? Keep in mind we're all trying here but that hint is not very useful in my opionion."
