"So you shape-shift on clothes...? Are the clothes made out of flesh or something?" I say and wrinkle my nose at the thought of clothes made out of flesh. Why did I think that?

I glance at the camera in the vent, wondering if I should try to take it and if I could see the footage recorded in it. Though, to be honest with myself, I didn't know much about security cameras and footage might not be stored in the camera itself. It still would be nice to not have it watching me and just mess with its parts.

He shook his head,Not...not at the moment but I didn't think of that.

" It's a mesh of endo-scales and not skin directly... our skin is too stretchy for it to make a good simulus realy it look fake when we use it like that."

Strangely, the camera seemed to be desactivated at the moment, as if somthing was forcibly shuting it down. While the camera feed was probably not on the camera itself, somthing told you that getting acces to it woudn't be overly difficult from inside the facility.

"Endo-scales?" I say and haul myself up to a sitting position. "Sorry, I think I'm slowly starting to develop a habit of repeating whatever word or phrase that confuses me. But how do you make scales look like clothing?"
