I hesitate, numbers were usually completely silent when they moved, were they trying to mess with me or something? Maybe it was a human or mouse or whatever. I keep quiet and still for a while in case whatever it was was just leaving.

Whoever it was, you heard them jump out and onto the kitchen floor before a very anoyed growl echoed from said room. It didn't seemed to be directed toward you and sounded alot more like a 'not again' sound then anything violent.

"ok," she said wondering about what others mean "so does this mean i have to learn how to see in the dark?" she asked trying to lighten the mood.

I crawl to the end of the vent to see what was going on.

" Well, i can alwais rearenge some of your DNA or you know, just use the light of the room... i dont even know who decided to turn it off but it wont be as bright as outside so get used to that." An anoyed growl echoed from another room, leading the female to scoff and sigh. " Great... they are fighting over the fridge again..."

"what food?" she said almost sounding kinda like the dog squirrel thing you'd hear in movies. She looked back regaining her train of thought "oh um yeah a light could work to," she said emberested she had gotten so off corse.
