Yes. You can color in shading and highlights.

the light strand that's tangling the qit (and his scales) looks like candy now X3
paint sucks for adding detail like genes an stuff XD

You could scan it in and then upload to an image-sharing site, like Imgur. From there, you can post a link to the picture here.
