Emrys gave a shriek of laughter as Averill caught her, wiggling around to try and swim away. Although she didn't put in much effort, because she found she wanted the exact opposite of getting away from him.
"So, is this the part where you drown me and hide my body?" She teased, turning her body towards him and bursting out laughing at the lily pads that were still stuck to his head. She reached up, plucking them off with a giggle.
"I don't know about you, but I'm sure there would be a few questions as to why the Prince of Adreoles has lily pads stuck to his head as we arrive at the castle."

Averill laugh at the young man teasing, he found himself not wanting for this moment to end. " See the good side of things, you will be a part of this senary forever." He teased back playfully. A slight blush settle on his cheeks as the custom collar removed the lily pads from his hairs but it didn't stop him from joking around. " I woudn't be surprise if it would start a rumor. Averill Adreoles, the prince that is so emotionless he was able to grow plants on his head."

Emrys gently removed the last one, and she looked into his eyes for just a moment. A soft blush filled her cheeks, as she laughed at his joking.
"I mean, you have a point there. Although I would prefer to see other places too." She suddenly felt very uneasy about this whole situation, but it was an almost good kind of uneasy. She didn't feel her secret was in danger anymore, as things were already just fine. He noticed her petite-ness, but that was easily lied for.
"Ah, yes. He's so cold that the flowers cling to his hair for safety. I can see it now." The Alluri snorted, before putting on a more serious, but smiling face. "Hey, or maybe that rumor would show that you're kind enough to let plants grow on you. We still have time to change that image of yours."

Averill shuckle slightly at the custom collar's joke but grew more as well serious when they did, he knew a change of vew was necessary for him in the near futur tho it wasn't as simple as that. " With my father around i doubt it will happen but i guess one day it would be nice not to have to hide myself anymore, to let others know me a bit better. This will have to wait until i become king, alot of things will and the list is getting even longer each passing days." With a slightly mischivoius spark in his eyes he added. "I guess then we will have to visit each town to meet the peoples and why not look for the hiden places like this lake at the same time."

You can start checking things off the list after tonight. Emrys thought with a small frown that only occupied her face for a split second. She started smiling again though at the idea of visiting each town to both change how he is viewed and to find those secret places.
"That would be amazing, wouldn't it? Let's make it a plan then, when you become king, we'll visit each and every town, and then look for it's hidden beauty." She suddenly smirked, plucking the flower off a lily pad and gently fixing it behind Averill's ear. "There, just prance around with a flower in your hair and no one will even believe that you're as cold as the rumors say."

Ema had left the room and gone to get her master something to drink (just plain water, not alcohol or something lol). She was walking down one of the palace hallways.

Averill was a bit confuse at the sadness he had seen on the younger boy's face for a moment but he let it go, he could be suspicious and confuse later, beside he trusted the guy. " Absolutely, once this will happen we will see the kingdom and find it's secrets." The prince watch them with curiousity as the custom collar pick a flower and placed it behind his ear and smile, out of all the slaves he could have had he realy was lucky to have found someone like Yerik. " With you, and the flower, by my side, this rumour will die faster then it was born."

she blushed and looked away, she rushed to the changing room and got dress in her old cloths and came out with the folded dress setting it on the counter. She was kinda short for her age so it was harder for her to do some chores. She brushed out her tails looking at her hair. It had grown out since the war, she was wondering about cutting but she wasn't sure Remilia would like that.

Emrys couldn't help but keep smiling at the prince. He was such a good person, and she felt almost embarrassed she thought he was some evil overlord like his father. Now that was a strange thought.
"Haha, the flower will offer guidance. Who could hate a guy with a flower in his hair?" Emrys hadn't bothered to realize she was so close to him, and a slight blush crept up her cheeks as she did end up realizing it. She splashed some water at his face with a smirk, before swimming towards the edge of the lake where the horse's were currently drinking.
"I think I saw some fruit trees as we got here, would your royal highness care for a snack?"

Averill was caugh off guard by the suden wave thrown his way. He hadn't noticed how close he was from the custom collar prior to that or how confortable he was with that proximity but it felt right in a way. He laugh while shaking the water off of his face, while being carefull about the flower. " Sure, let's see what the nature brough to us !"
