Awaiting Aleria's answer Mermydon attempted thinking to Grim Rose again regarding Kanakwella. ~Maybe I misunderstand how you see me, she and I are the same kind of fish.~ He thought it funny to call himself, just a fish. Then he playfully started letting his thoughts play on how many variations, THEIR foals might look like? All for Grim Rose's private little mental runway. Seeing that the monster kelparie had ignored it for the moment, the zolnixi pup sought the most immediate port of safety it could, Heroine! She ran as fast as her tiny legs would let her and she eventuall tumbled into the opposite side of Heroine, up next to her ribs in the soft spot before her hind limbs. It squinted it's eyes shut and quaked with fear hoping this adult would provide her safety for a little while.
"Please help," she pleaded in a whisper, "keep those mean old mosters away from me."

Grim Rose was laughing so hard she was almost disappearing. She then stopped and looked around carefully.

heroine looked at the little zolnixi "from what?" she laughs "what is there to protect you from little one?"

kanakwella looked at mermydon once more after he stamped near the nixi pup "y-yes i supose that's why you look like him, he wanted nothing to do with my kingdom but ruling two he never loved me but i did love him he wanted to destroy my kingdom and leave it in ruins and then take the people of my kingdom and use them as slaves which is why i ran away i knew that if i married him or ran it would both be the same that happens but if i married him i would also become a slave so i ran for my kingdoms hope that one day i would return and free them all but that changed when i decided to hide instead" kanakwella sighed from telling someone other than her cousin what had happened

Little Red: aka Red~Adult: 3 years (20 years in species)~ ?

"I don't have parents ma'am." The pup answered sadly. "They left me when I was young and never came back. I'm alone." Meir said his ears back and tail wrapped around his front legs loosely. Red couldn't help but feel bad for him. With a sigh she looked at him and limped closer. With a warm hug she drew him close to her soft fur.
"Fear no longer my child, for I will protect you." The Bulbori whispered sweetly, almost instantly the pup seemed to cheer up.
"So you'll be my mother?" He asked and the rabbit like creature nodded slowly. "Oh boy! I have a mother now!" The pup jumped around excitedly his tail wagging. "I want to show you everything mother! This way!" The pup yipped running off. Shaking her head Red followed as she was led to the shore. "This is where I like to catch fish!"

The zolnixi pup stared up into Heroine's muzzle and it seemed to comfort her. She peeked from around the adult's chest and faced the three kelparie. "Those big monsters over there!" She said pointing her nose at Aleria and barking a warning very bravely at them. But whenever one of them turned to look at who was barking at them she would cower behind Heroine for safety. "I don't want to get eated up by them!" She exclaimed. Her words were so loud that the kelparie could hear her plainly.
Mermydon had thunk up a coy remark about a slab of nixi veal dangling on a collar when Kanakwella opened up. It gave him a reason to pause and forget about what was happening ashore. His heart sank a little bit. Would she see his ancestor every time she looked at him? He lowered his head just a little higher than hers then moved forward to come eye to eye with her. "How ironic then, that my people should be laid to ruin and enslaved for meat stock." His words were sad and bitter. Why would any king say such things and not consider how it would echo into history? "I imagine it,.. He, broke your heart." He began whispering into her ear. "You ran to protect your people, forsaking your duty to the crown for the sake of your kingdom is incredibly selfless. I cannot tell you what madness drove my ancestor to such recourse, nor can I say that it will not happen again." He stepped closer into her still until she had to lift her head to look into his eye and listen to his words. " His blood runs in my veins and that is beyond my control. But I can tell you that I have no power now to feed such a crafty desire. All I have is myself,.. ...A mare who may follow me to find her own future... ...And a heart that longs to know and love you, if you can find a place in yours to love me, untainted by my similarity in physique to him." He broke for a moment and stepped back to look at her face to face before he continued. "I would enjoy nothing more than to stay here, show you what is left to rebuild and the nest I have crafted for us to begin from, but this is not the time for that."

He looked about them and made eye contact with sea-dweller and over-dweller alike, starting and finishing with Kanakwella. "My path leads Sou-East through treacherous territory for sea and land dweller alike. I must cross through the rivers inhabited by merfolk, allied to the sprites. And beyond that past the fortified township of Ethernia. They rely heavily upon fishing and are trawling nets in our way. The way leads to the desert. I have no way of knowing what awaits us there except to say I am being led by a dream, for the sake of all. The only safe port along the way, might be Brakencross. My eldest sister was joined with their prince before Vorpar's assault so we may find rest there before reaching the desert lands. I will not press any of you to come, but I go now offering hope, thanks and possibly a future to anyone that would follow me."

Grim rose floats around when suddenly she starts to get very shy and nervous. She sits down.

Geb ~~ Male ~~ Adult ~~ Currently near the coastline

The bunnylike creature slowly relaxed as neither the nixi or those weirde, predator-esk quitaris payed him any atention. The bulbori that stood out like a soar thumb took a cautious step forward towards the gathering of creatures. After a few jump-like steps he stoped to stand on his hindlegs. His ears turned forwards, aiming to the gathering of strange creatures and nixi. Being well aware of the brutality that nixis held he had no plan of anouncing himself to the gathering of what seemed to be only predators. Do they ... perhaps hunt togeather? With the thought of both land and ocean hunters combining their might and brutality to hunt he shutterd a bit before jumping into the tall yellow-ish grass. Slow and carefull not to make a sound the male bunny took one small jump towards them at the time. Once in hearingdistance he stopped, tense as a spring, ready to launch away and run for his life. Sure his sharp claws are deadly and have taken the liffe of bulbori and nixis alike however if he can run he will do that first. In silence he layed there in the grass, listening to them talk to one a other and slowly figured how they all worked togeather.
