alex scribbled on the pad before setting it down to get a book. He read for a few hours after that.

The girl's face seemed to soften a little more as she listened to his answer.
It was clear now, she had been very wrong about him being anything like his father. She felt a small smile creep up her lips and onto her face. Maybe, maybe she could convince him to help her restore peace to the continent. Maybe instead of going with her plan to assassinate the King at the celebration of Allurith's "ten year anniversary" since it's fall, she could plan a little longer and get Averill to help her father more people.
Although at one point she would have to tell him who she really was, and she didn't like that idea at all. How would he trust a liar? That's when her hopes of changing her plans faded.
Emrys knew she wouldn't be able to tell him about her identity. She was planning to kill his father and had spent all these year planning this out. She couldn't toss it away for her... changed feelings towards Averill now.
"I think I like your thought process." Emrys smiled a little. "I... I hope we can get along, and maybe make this place a little better one day. If I'm not mistaken, you're next in line for the throne, right? Maybe then you can change things."
It was a shameful lie she was telling, because she knew that she was going to kill the king and force Averill to take the throne on a short time frame.

" I hope so, as the first born i should become the next king.Then, i will be able to reunite the familly that were pulled apart by slavery and to fix the damages caused in the past." There was alot to change in the kingdom, for now all he could do was to keep a list of what neaded to be done for later but he knew he would have alot to do once on the throne. Averill knew he would nead someone that had a better understanding of the life for the lower classes, someone he could turn too when he didnt knew how to act, part of him was hoping that the custom collar would still be by his side.

he looked up at him "oh um there's a passage under the stairs that leads to a room down there with some books. Not many people know about it, I just ask please don't read them." he said getting up "Ammon im going to go help this person you stay here got it?" he said walking out.

"That won't be a problem." Nicote nodded, following. Ema of course followed him. "I just need somewhere where I can read something interesting out of view o my father. If he sees me with these, I'm screwed." He motioned to the pile of books on government, general psychology, and every other useful thing in Emas arms.

"ok," he said leading the way out of the library. They came outside the steps and he pushed a certain patter of tiles on the side of it as it opened "there you go," he said pushing open the door. There were dress and other shiny fabrics and acseerye littering the ground around him.

"Your sister, Princess Lidia, does she share the same views as you do? I've only seen her briefly, I don't know much about her." Emrys asked, now feeling confident she could ask a few more questions. She could still play the part of a slave while asking the questions of a princess. The more information she could get, the better her chances were of making it out of the castle before she was executed for committing the crime of murdering the king of Adreoles.

"You can say that my parents are like numbers, two negatives make a positive, as far as i know my dear sister have similar vews to mine." A slight glimer of playfullness appear in his eyes at the mention of his sister as it reminded him of a few pranks he had pulled to her as a child. They were maby not as close as they once were but to him it didnt matter, his sibling were the only ones he truely called familly and cared about in the slightest.

Nikko walked around the garden smelling the roses looking at the walls of the castle. He growled thinking of all the ways before he could have burned this place to the ground. But those days were over and he like luca had used to much power in a fight to keep cade bay. He missed home and missed seeing all his friends and family, luca was now to busy figuring a way out of here. He couldn't blame her for wanting out so bad but he found it peaceful and was willing to wait for the right moment instead of making one.
