Soren shrugged nonchalantly. "In a few days they'll probably mostly be dead, best not to get too emotionally attached to them. But hey, wanna bet on who's going to survive longer than a week? I mean, some of them look more like mice than dangerous criminals, but I wouldn't advise eating them," he chuckled. "I wonder if anyone gets eaten here. Wouldn't be surprised." He often talked like this in a rapid-fire manner.

Andy and Jake were chatting and waiting for the newbies to come in, and Andy was trying not to shout "Welcome to hell, newbies!" which he now recognized as the main furnace greeting for newcomers. Andy noticed one boy who seemed particularly nervous, and seemed to be getting the furnace definition of 'Special treatment'

Sebastian was a bit confused at that statement, hell was.. well.. hell was like what his father and mother were. Not this place, this place was so much better! He didn't even get one cigarette put out on him! He was still though, still nervous as ever and almost ready to bolt.. he never had been around so many people, and he didn't know if they were good or not. One of the guard seemed to be chatting with Sebastian, staying near to him and taking notes - for the court case that will probably never finish because e s c a p e -. Though the guard made a fatal mistake in raising his hand to pat the boys shoulder.. as he within a mere second became tense, and flinched as if he might of been stricken so hard there would be a bruise there. The guard rolled his eyes and retracted his hand, mumbling a low, " Poor ******. " before going back to his notes.
" I think the darkness of mud would make me look even more pale then I already am, thank you. Which I cannot decide if it is a good or bad thing at this moment. " Felix replied.

Andy looked at the boy and frowned, seeming confused by his actions. Jake could understand-let's just say he wouldn't have a warm welcome if he ever home again-but he didn't show any emotion. "Welcome to hell newbies? Really?" "What? Ver said it when we came and nobody cared then!" "I sometimes wonder how you've made it this far..." Andy was debating walking up to the strange boy or not. He decided yes.

Sebastian was fiddling with one of the strings on his sweater, it was loose and was annoying him slightly, but at the same time it was keeping his mind off of all the people around him. So much so that he relaxed a bit, his shoulders settling down to an untense state and he looked.. well, more of a child then he should look. At least in how his actions were. In appearance, he was much taller then the guard taking notes on him but yet so docile he wasn't even given half a glance if he moved or shifted. He hadn't noticed anyone approaching him yet.

As soon as Andy was a few steps away he just kinda stood there, checking to see if the boy had noticed him. He didn't want to startle them, he had seen the way they had reacted to the guard. He adjusted his scarf and waited to be noticed. As soon as the boy looked in his direction, Andy said "Hello!" and waved
